They did a very good job with the work. We were very satisfied.

They were phenomenal. They were here in less that 24 hours and did a great job. The price was reasonable and after they moved the gas line they had the gas company out to turn the gas back on. I have used them for other projects since then.

We were not too happy with the service originally. We had to call them back out. They did not correctly connect the gas pipe in the ground. This did fix the issue when they came back to our satisfaction.

The service turned out fine.

He was great. Some other company had recommended him to me, so I thought he must be good for them to do that. The work was done really well and it was reasonable. My neighbor next door also had him come out a few months ago because of a gas leak.

Very professional. Excellent crew hit the ground running and had all the right equipment. Completed what to me seemed like a large job in about 4 hours. Cost about a a fourth of what plumbers were quoting for the same job. Thanks to one honest plumber I called from Angie's list who told me "you don't want a plumber to run gas we will charge too much. all Pages Gas Line Service". Very impressive. The best contracting experience I have had to date.

Ronnie Page provided an estimate to separate the gas line between the first and second floor house and add another meter. He came highly recommended. I ultimately did not use his company on this job because his price was much higher than the one I hired. However, I was impressed with his professionalism and outstanding customer service attitude. I would definitely use this company in the future if the pricing was more competitive.

Services were performed. Quality was good. Communication was spotty.

I was told that I had a gas leak at my meter 2 months after I purchased my home. The LG&E worker that found it also said that I may have to replace the whole line because it was so old. I called Page gas lines and Ronnie Page said that he would come out and take a look at it. I recieved a phone call a couple of days later from Mr. Page telling me that he had come to look at the leak while I was at work. He said he could fix the leak at the meter and that I would probably want to replace the whole line becasue the pipe was peeling at the ground, indicating that it was wearing down. I figured I would go ahead and replace the whole line then because I most likely would have to do it soon anyway, and I wanted to be sure it could pass LG&E's pressure test. He gave me an estimate which ended up being right on the dot, and I agreed to have him do the work. Due to inclement weather it took them a few days to finish, and they ended up finishing the job as it was snowing. Mr. Page always answered his phone or returned my calls in a timely manner, and kept me up to date on everything that was going on. I would utilize his services again and highly recommend him to others.

After a report of a gas leak from the utility company, we were informed that the leak was next to the house in the line, and that it was the home owner's responsibility (of course). Checked with Page's Gas Line service after verifying reviews here on Angie's list, and they came and gave a quote. Had them replace the line from the sidewalk to the house. To do so they dig two 5 foot circular holes, one at the side walk and one at the house, then pull out the old line and push a new one through the same "tunnel" left by the old line. I got a $50 discount for digging 99% of the hole next to the house, while I was trying to identify where the leak was coming from. I was hoping to save some money by not having the line replaced (could they have just patched the elbow join where it was leaking?), but it was apparent by the rust and general poor condition of the line that it would need replacing. In my opinion not worth the four hours digging with a shovel to save fifty bucks, but live and learn - at least I got a small discount. The utility company also had to replace a portion of the sidewalk and their valve (where they had their own leak), and Pages coordinated the repairs. Was only down for three days. Incidentally, the utility co took another two weeks to repair the sidewalk, and I had a barricade out three for three weeks, but that was the only negative about the whole experience (and not Pages' fault).

This company performed high quality work each of the two times I have used him. Regarding the most recent work of changing the gas line, two employees were on the job for 7 hours without stopping. They arrived slightly earlier than their scheduled time. They worked cleanly and efficiently and were very professional. One of them changed a valve on the gas grill at no charge simply because he noticed the one I had was difficult to operate, and he had a better, easier one. The owner of the company, Ronnie Page, came to the house to evaluate the job and give the estimate. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I also believe him to be very reasonably priced. I will use him again, and I will enthusiastically recommend him to others.
