White Service Co

Jim White is the owner. He is local. It's a small company. He has been in business for a lot of years. He has about three men that work for him. He is very well known in the community and is a really nice man. I think he serves the Owensboro, Kentucky area too. He is always happy to explain things to us. If we want him to come out here he would do that. We’ve dealt with him for 20 years, so he knows us. I don't think he tries to overstretch himself, but he has done well for himself. They have a girl who answers and works out things. They service new and old systems. They do it on trailers and homes. We have an agreement to get our heating and air-conditioning units serviced in the fall and spring. We pay them yearly. They thoroughly check our units. They add water if needed, clean the filters, check the thermostat and so forth. If something goes wrong we can call them and they would come out right away. We have to pay for parts, but the service calls are free as long as we have the agreement with them. Sometimes we have to wait for a little bit for them to come out if they're busy somewhere else with an emergency. However, they come out as soon as they can. We've been really happy with them for a long time.
