Description of Work: We and the next door neighbor had substandard lawn service from Weed Man out of Lexington, KY so a neighbor suggested TruGreen. I'm delighted ! He took note of the obvious lawn problems and the very next day started working on the lawn.

Description of Work: provided lawn treatments for two years -- lawn improved some -- had bushes treated once and one died as a result -- during the second year, the treatment guy came to my door and said he thought I should know that there were a lot of weeds in my yard -- really??? that's what I was paying them to get rid of! I use Farison now and very pleased with them -- and they're cheaper than Trugreen!

Description of Work: They did not provide lawn care at the appropriate intervals and each time I called, it was a joke. They would tell me what I wanted to hear but did not respond as promised. Very disappointed. Will not recommend to anyone. Bad experience.

Description of Work: I have a plan with them which includes regular fertilization, grub control, and other weed preventative applications. |My lawn has been under their service for a few years now. I wish it were the best looking lawn in the neighborhood, but it's not. However, I know that my lawn looked much worse before Trugreen began servicing it.

Description of Work: For the second time, they missed part of my lawn and I had to point it out to them. They apologized and retreated, but I should not have to do that. Seemed more of a hit and miss job and how do you reseed and aerate a 3000 foot lawn in 17 minutes and do a through job? When they came back, they acknowledged the shabby job and redid the lawn. I will not be using this service any longer.

 + -1 moreITS BEEN GOOD. I HAVEN'T SEEN ALL THE RESULTS AS FAST AS I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED, BUT I'VE NEVER DEALT WITH ANYONE ELSE. THEY GAVE GOOD ADVICE. SINCE WE HAVE ONLY BEEN USING THEM IN THE PAST MONTH WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE IF THE RESULTS THEY PROMISED WILL COME TRUE.

 + -1 moreI AM TOTALLY SATISFIED. I'VE BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER TWO YEARS NOW. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS GREAT. THE YARD LOOKS GOOD AND THERE HAVEN'T BEEN ANY WEEDS SINCE THEY STARTED. I HAVE IT SET UP SO I DON'T HAVE TO CALL THEM, THEY JUST COME AT THEIR SCHEDULED TIME.

 + -1 moreIT WAS GOOD. I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT FIRST, BUT THEY TOOK CARE OF IT. THEY ARE BACK ON TRACK NOW. THEY COME WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO. WHEN I DID HAVE TROUBLE, AND CALLED THEM THEY WERE BACK HERE WITHIN A WEEK OR TWO AND FIXED THE PROBLEM.

 + -1 moreTHE WORK THEY HAVE DONE HAS BEEN OK, BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. MY NEIGHBOR HAS THEM AS WELL, THAT IS WHY I STARTED USING THEM, BUT THEY WERE RUDE TO MY NEIGHBOR SO I HAVE STOPPED USING THEM. SHE SAID THAT THEY TALKED TO HER ON THE PHONE AND THEY WERE RUDE AND TALKED DOWN TO HER. THEY ARGUED WITH HER, WERE NOT NICE AT ALL, AND EVENTUALLY HUNG UP ON HER. ALSO, THEY CONSTANTLY CALL AND WANT YOU TO ADD ON SERVICES WHICH IS KIND OF ANNOYING.
