This is the second computer Steve he has installed for us in the last month (mine was installed 7/22/2014 and my husband's was installed 9/4/2014). He is very professional and certainly knows every detail about computers and installation. We would highly recommend him.

They were the best I have ever had. He got my computer working faster than it was when it was new. He updated my Windows 8 and took off a lot of malware and useless software and it was just great. He explained to me what was going on and private loggers and antivirus software you purchase is not worth it because of the hours that we were there before they get their updates. He explained how to keep my computer safe and he showed me how to use Windows 8.

Steve is, without a doubt, one of the finest service providers with whom I have ever worked. He provides a detailed service report showing exactly what work was performed. The best thing about him though is the fact that he never talks down to me (I am technologically challenged). I can even phone him with any questions I might have, and he is always willing to take time to help. I wouldn't think of taking my computer to anyone else.

I was having problems with my laptop including my windows password not being accepted. I took it to Steve Schardein with Triple-S Computers, whom I had used in the past and wouldn't feel comfortable with anyone else doing the work. He has done work on both of my computers in the past, and each time I was absolutely thrilled with the end result. On a previous occasion, one computer was infected with loads of malicious malware and was totally inoperable. I called Steve in a panic and he was able to look at it right away. He took no time at all to remove all of the malware and to get the computer into brand new condition. He is very friendly, honest, fair, and is a computer genius. He takes lots of time with you to answer any question you may have. Believe me, he is extremely knowledgeable and will provide you with the answers you need. When the job is complete, he provides you with a very detailed report of all of the work he performed, along with a hardware diagnostic of your computer. In addition, if you need a new computer, Steve is the person to call to get you a new computer at a fabulous price.

I was upset to find out that my cool tablet computer had a serious problem and may not be fixable. (This was confirmed by another technician.) Steve was great: he found out what features were important to me, did some research, and in a couple of days had a few models for me to chose from. I ordered my new computer through him (he does not mark up the price!) and I am very happy with it. He charges a fee to set the computer up for use: he takes the junk off of it that you don't need but takes up space, checks to make sure it's working properly, adds antivirus software, and gives you a list of good advice to help keep it running smoothly in the future. It was totally worth the set up fee.It sure took the stress out of buying the right computer.
