The crew did not clean the porches off as they promised. They cleaned the driveway very well.

Brooke went above and beyond! I am a special needs person on a fixed income and did not even think I could every afford something like this. Brooke spoke to her manager and got me a special price for my situation. The gutters look amazing from the street! I am hearing impaired and was unable to cut the workers a check whey they completed the work so they did leave a little mess behind. Brooke came out and finished the clean up all on her own. She is wonderful and if I could I would give her 6 stars!

Liked how the sales person was prepared and knowledgable. Installation was done real well.

The company rep, Jen Lawson, did a very professional presentation and provided a final cost that was significantly below the two competitors bids for the same project.

They have a lot to figure out with company, communication is horrible and they have really bad sales tactics. I suggest no one work with them. There is a number of things that happened. Sales practice is not transparent and misleading. All of the things I communicated with sales person, none were passed on to installation team. I had to manage the installation team to make sure things were done how I asked. I called the front desk and gave information previously and I was reached out multiple times for that same information. Seems like it all just went to a black hole, I had to keep repeating myself and I had to manage communication with the company. The installation team seemed good and competent and did a good job, front desk people were nice and sales was nice but I did not feel good with what they did.

The reason on the 4.5star rating is that my appointment was at 9:00 am no one call that they were going to be late I had to text for a time they were going to be here . Complicated Pricing process.

I recommend leaf gutters for every home. it is a lot less expensive, still quality work and you don't have to worry about cleaning them. Carlee was my sales representative.

The only reason that I would not recommend them is because they are not responding to my issues of water still leaking behind the gutter.

The team has a straightforward, honest approach, and the quality of work is excellent. I did not feel that I was being given a product that I did not need, or that I was paying too much for. My gutters are now hassle free, and my yard landscape can only improve now that my drainage is flowing properly from the house.
