Workmen were professional, on time and thorough. I was pleased with the results and how quickly they were able to complete the job. The only complaint is how long it took to schedule the visit. Their earliest options for scheduling were several weeks out at the time of contacting them.

We've used Green Goose for gutter cleaning before and we'll use them every Spring & Fall (and sometimes, Summer). We have an Italianate style home in Old Louisville & it's a pretty tall home. Regardless, these guys don't waste any time & they typically show up with enough people to get the job down quickly. They're always on time & very professional. Prices may vary because of the amount of gutter debris yet every quote seemed reasonable for the amount of work provided.

The service was horrible. The first day they came out they couldn't get the water outside to work. My husband got home and got the water to work. They did the pressure washing and the particular area we wanted the washing in he did a inferior job. They assured me there would not be a film left on the windows and there is a film on my windows. He came back to redo it and the windows still look terrible. The owner was very nice and tried to please us. I addressed the problem twice and it was still not fixed, we were not happy with the service.

Called green goose after reading excellent reviews. Mike was very nice and told me he would be here on Monday approximately by noon. They arrived at 11:30, extremely prompt and professional. Our gutters were full of sand from new roof shingles and removal of old shingles and the water was not draining properly. They cleaned all gutters and used a hose to make sure everything was draining properly. Mike even cleaned gutters on the detached garage which were not part of the original price but did not charge any extra. Every area was washed down with a hose and clean. We are VERY happy with the outcome and recommend them to anyone that needs their service.

They were excellent. I did observe some work and I intend to use them. They were very prompt. They cleaned it with less work and effort and charge for a lot less. He came to give an estimate and worked on the spot. They were here when they said they would be.

They did that last year and they were fine. He actually came and did the job. I think it was about $200 because I had one of your coupouns and that's why I used them. I liked that they showed up. He called, gave me an estimate, showed up, did what he said he was going to do and did that all really promptly.

Mike was the contact (i believe the owner as well). We corresponded via email to which he had responded very promptly. They called to tell me their first appointment was cancelled, and asked if I minded if they came early. When requesting someone show up at my house - I don't think this has ever happened. I have a 3800 SQFT 2 story, brick front vinyl sides & rear. When they first showed up in a small pickup with a small tank on the back, no pressure washer, I immediately assumed I was swindled. I was wrong. Mike and 1 other guy immediately got to work. They pumped their solution and HAND WASHED the entire house. Extension poles and ladders allowed them to read the top. They scrubbed and rinsed a molded mess for 2+ hours. He stated he doesn't use pressure to clean as it ends up damaging siding, soffits, etc. I was NOT disappointed. I actually felt like I owed them more! Great company - I will use them every year!!

The company is very professional and does a great job. They came the day they said the would, cleaned the gutters and the wall and left a bill for payment. Very professional and a company I don't have to babysit.

I purchased a deal from Angie's List for a whole house exterior washing. And it went great! From the time their scheduler contacted me to the time Greg and Gabe arrived at my door, everything went very smoothly. Greg and Gabe let me know they had arrived and were both very friendly, yet still professional. They got to work quickly, finished in about an hour, walked me around the house to ensure my satisfaction and then left. I was very impressed with the quality of the work performed. The siding on my house looks as good as new! I would highly recommend Green Goose to anyone looking for an exterior washing service in the future.

I had requested an earlier than planned date to do my gutter cleaning. They were very accommodating and rearranged their scheduling. They arrived on time and proceeded to clean my gutters, adjust some downspouts and swept off the debris on my roof. They were most pleasant and work diligently. Very impressive. I certainly will contact them again when their services are needed.

When I called to inquire, Mike called me back immediately. He came to my house within a few days and measured so that he could give me an accurate estimate. The estimate was very reasonable. He worked me into his schedule so that they could get it done before a party I had planned. The workers he sent showed up a little early, were very polite and did an excellent job!! My gutters and trim look like new! They were careful and didn't harm any of my landscaping around the house. I immediately passed their contact information to my next door neighbors who noticed how nice my gutters look now. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They scheduled her appointment promptly, called her before they came, and arrived on time and did a great job for a reasonable price. It was much appreciated!

I have used Green Goose twice now and both times I have been very impressed. Mike and his team are very professional and friendly. They show up when they are supposed to and do their work well. Pricing is also very reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough! Nobody likes to have to deal with home maintenance and this company makes it pleasant.

We had a difficult time getting the cleaning scheduled due to many weather issues, from snow and ice to rain. I understood completely why it was difficult to get the job scheduled, but they were not consistent in their communication about delays. I knew dates would be delayed based on common sense, and I was never upset by the delay. When we finally scheduled the cleaning, they were prompt and professional. They did a great job, and I will definitely use them again.
