Workers showed up on time and worked until job was completed. Did a great job cleaning the outside of my house.

Good experience. I called for a quote on cleaning the upper gutters of my home. Although it took several days to connect and then get an estimate, we found it a reasonable price. I called on 7/13/15 to request service, and they were able to do it today (7/17/15). They arrived about a half hour earlier than our scheduled time, but that was fine with me. Work was done quickly, and I was able to pay be credit card. I will use them again in the future should the need arise.

They were terrific! They were very nice and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anyone!

This is the 2nd time I've used Green Goose. They often have package deals which are very affordable. I sent an email through Angie's List and received a call the same day. He came out to look at the gutters and quoted the price for me immediately. We have a 2100 sq. foot house with 2nd floor gutters. On the day of the cleaning, he was prompt and let me know he was there with his coworker. He's been very friendly and open both times he's worked with us. The cleaning was quick--he even rinses gutters (and believe me, mine were horrible). He let me know that my Holly tree is damaging the roof and that I may want to trim it back. All gutter debris was bagged and removed and taken with him. Prices are good for the services rendered. I've had my gutters cleaned by three other companies in the past and they usually charge around $200-250. The cost was exactly the same as the quote. I highly recommend Green Goose.

They called and came a couple of days early, did the job very efficiently, and even did an extra task. I have used them before, and they are really great. Would recommend without reservation.

This is the second year I've used Green Goose and once again they did a great job for a fair price. They came when they said they would and cleaned up when they left. I wish every home service company worked like these guys.

They were quick and they cleaned everything quickly, took all the leaves out of the gutters and one of the guys even came back and looked at the drain spouts that had buckled out and was pouring water into the yard so he pushed it back and fixed it for me. They recommended that I put in another downspout on the other side just to pace them out since the gutters were retaining water. He also recommended another company that could do it for me.

This was the second year in a row we chose to use Green Goose for gutter cleaning. In addition, we wanted our satellite dish properly removed, which was affixed to the roof shingles. I am not happy about the service, and here are the reasons why. 1. Before gutter cleaning was performed, I explicitly asked whether I needed to move my cars from the driveway, because I did not want debris, dirt and dust falling on our cars. We like to keep our cars clean. Green Goose said that was not necessary. Unfortunately, this was necessary, because all of the above (debris, dirt and dust) made it onto our cars. In addition, Green Goose asked to use our exterior water hook-ups for flushing the gutters. In the process, dirty water also made it onto our cars. As a result, we had to wash both of our cars afterwards. 2. Since it is winter, I make sure to turn our exterior water faucets off. Green Goose asked for this to be turned on in order to better clean the gutters. Unfortunately, Green Goose did not turn my faucets off completely, which resulted in water leaking and freezing the subsequent night. Luckily I noticed this the next day and it did not result in any other damage. 3. I was very unhappy after inspecting the dish removal. Prior to the service, I made sure to ask how the holes in the roof would be fixed. Green Goose said they would use roof cement. This, in my opinion, warranted the $75 charge. Instead, Green Goose chose to leave brackets used for the satellite dish on the roof. The reason was that a lot of glue was used, so they didn't want to damage the roof shingles. I wanted the entire dish removed, not just part of it. There are gigantic, ugly brackets still left on my roof. I was charged $75 for this service, which ended up being a couple of nuts loosened. This took them 5 minutes max. 4. The final and biggest complaint I have is that Green Goose cut off cables to my cable TV and Internet they weren't supposed to while removing the satellite dish. I called Green Goose several times after the service appointment. When they finally called back, they were apologetic, but didn't over any fixes, any refunds, just apologies. Their only suggestion was to call Time Warner Cable for a courtesy call. This is very poor customer service. I would at least expect a partial refund. All in all, I was not happy with the work performed on the satellite dish and the subsequent customer service regarding the cut cable wires.

Green Goose was very accommodating to my schedule. The weather was cold and rainy leading up to this service and I wanted it done before visitors came on Thanksgiving. We corresponded for almost 2 weeks to get a day they could do it and I could be here. I even had the owner come out one afternoon to review what I wanted done before they just showed up. I'm pleased with the results. They used some chemicals that really got off of mold and stain. They got up on ladders and pressure washed in 40 degree weather. The results were greatly noticeable. I would use them again.

They came out the first time and called me with an estimate to clean leaves out of gutters and clean the outside of gutters which were green and dirty. When I came home the gutters were white again and no leaves peeking out from the gutter guards.

Both men were very professional and did an excellent job.

Accommodated my last minute request for an appointment. Home looked better than than expected.

Green Goose was promptly and professionally communicative. Completed service on the agreed to day, and provided photographs of the gutters before and after cleaning.

They did a great, professional, courteous job. One small problem is that the treatment killed a few potted plants that we or they should have moved before the work began. Overall, great work. We will use them again.

I had found a Groupon for this job. Our siding was turning black from not being cleaned in many years. We also had a lot of green growth from having trees overhanging the area. They came and used their no pressure washing system on the siding and gutters. The dirt, mold and fungus just washed away. It looked great when they finished. It is now a year later and still looking good. I will keep an eye on it and have them back when needed. My wife was impressed with the leader and the crew working. Very friendly and professional.
