Big Wally's Hauling-Junk Removal

It went great. They showed up early, with a big crew, and worked hard. They were organized and knew what to do. Big Wally is such a nice guy. Everyone working for/with him were great. They cleared out a 3 bedroom, 2 story house in 2 1/2 hours! ?

AMAZING!!! I called Big Wally yesterday and today he and his crew were out and did a phenominal job hauling a bunch of junk out of our basement and onto his truck. I will with out a doubt be using Big Wally again! He and his crew are punctual, professional, careful, and extremely polite, not to mention his services are extremley well priced!! I wish all businesses were run as well run as Big Wally's, I can't say how much I appreciated there phenominal service!

Big Wally was a lifesaver!!! Waste Management was supposed to deliver a dumpster so we could clean out our parents home but did not. I had a whole crew ready to help. So I called Big Wally on Friday evening at 7 pm. He was so nice and enthusiastic on the phone. He was there at 10 am the next morning! It was amazing how much he could haul away on his truck. They were fast, efficient, positive...I can't say enough about the exemplary service! I'm so glad Waste Management completely screwed up because Big Wally was a much better choice. Fabulous service!!!

They came on time (early as a matter of fact) and did what they needed. Were very polite and courtious. I have not had a contractor be so great. I will call them again. As a matter of fact I wish they did moving they were so nice.

Cleaned out and hauled away a trailer full of items out of my basement. I left a message with Wally and was called back within a couple of hours. We set up an appointment for him to assess what needed to be done. He gave me a very fair price and set the date/time when the work could be done. He and one other guy were in and out and did exactly what we discussed. Definitely would use again and highly recommend.

Wally was very professional. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. He came with 1 day notice and arrived at the exact time he told me he would be here. We had several old tires (which cost money to dump) and just alot of old wood and junk that needed to be hauled away. He had the whole job done within 40 minutes! A friend had given me a couch and love seat, which was sitting outside and he was very gracious in bringing it into the house for me. I will definately use him again.

Big Wally arrived with two helpers. They surveyed what we needed hauled away and what we needed moved. Started working right away carrying items out to their truck. He was very positive and polite. No matter what we asked to be carried or moved, the response was and quot;no worries, by golly that's why you call Big Wallyand quot;. We loved their attitude and professional service.

We decided to use Big Wally after finding him on Angie's list. My parents had recently moved and we needed to clean out and dispose of items in order to put the property on the market. We called Wally on Saturday to explain our situation and to see when he would be able to help. He advised that he could come late the next afternoon. He did, and brought his helper and quot;Kingand quot;, his nephew. Upon arrival and review of the contents of the home, it was realized that the size of the job had been miscommunicated, he had come to remove three couches, not items on three floors. Instead of rescheduling, Wally said and quot;no problemand quot;, changed into more appropriate work attire, and he and his very able nephew went to work like bandits to remove, organize, and load his trailer with everything that needed to go. I kept a constant supply of ice water drinks flowing on this hot afternoon/evening. They were amazing, so very nice, hard-working, personable, dependable, and pleasant with a very positive attitude, just really great professional people who care about you and their service to the customer, excellent work ethics, reasonable, we HIGHLY recommend and look forward to calling on him again when needed!! . Wally was on time, patient ( he had to wait on me because I was running late, HIs price was very fair considering the wide variety of items I needed ot be hauled away. big walley quoted best price for hauling a love seat. set up date to pick up love seat. called day of pick up to confirm and give me time he would arrive. walley very personable, he was very careful not to do any damage or leave marks inside the house. i would big walley's hauling again. very reliable and reasonably priced.

He was personality and people skills were awesome. He was on time and prompt and neat. He did not just leave the mess. He was in and out. Overall it was great.

We needed someone to haul away some items that we didn't move to our new home. We checked Angie's list and decided upon Big Wally's based upon the rating he received and based upon his location (he was close to our old home). Big Wally was a treasure. He was so funny and so courteous. He showed up on time and he actually charged a bit less than his estimate which was a surprise. I gave him a tip because we thoroughly enjoyed talking with him and he did a great job. And what's more he's a Steeler fan! We are both Steeler fans so it was an extra bonus to talk football with Big Wally. We plan on using Big Wally again when we decide which items we will be getting rid of at the new house. We actually have started a pile that we call the Big Wally pile. lol I would certainly recommend Big Wally to anyone who needs to have anything hauled away. Special note: I may be wrong on the date of service....I can't remember the specific date. I only know it was sometime in August.
