Initially, it appeared that the pilot light was out, so it was reset. It stop heating again, so I call Rapid again. A service person came out immediately. The service man changed all of the parts that were associated with the pilot at no cost.

First of all, the plumber tried to help us fix the problem ourselves over the phone. That was very much appreciated but once we discovered that parts would have to be replaced with tools that we didn't have, he came out promptly. He did a great job and was very professional. The price was a little steep, but it was an emergency Sunday call.

Called Monday afternoon and they were there Tuesday morning on time and finished within an hour. They are the first company I always call for any plumbing needs.

The job was done quickly and we had water within one hour of shutting it off due to the punctured pipe. We had been tearing out carpet all day and the thought of no shower was daunting! He saved the day!

At 3pm I discovered our electric water heater kept tripping the circuit breaker. I called Rapid Plumbing and someone was here by 5:15p (as promised). The problem was quickly diagnosed and problem fixed within an hour (heating element had failed).

Rapid went above and beyond. I called to see if someone could come out at a certain time of day, because of my work schedule. They were more than happy to accommodate me. The plumber was there exactly on time and di the work quickly enough that I could get back to work on time. Additionally, the plumber suggested I replace the internal workings of the toilet to pass inspection (I was in the process of placing the house on the market) which I very much appreciated. He did that quickly while he was there for minimal cost and saved me a problem with the house inspection and another trip charge by a plumber. How nice!

The water flowing from our guest bathroom tub faucet was trickling at best with a faucet ~ 20 years old. After having another plumber evaluate the problem a few months ago, we were prepared to be told the faucet would have to be replaced - costing several hundred dollars because of the location and difficulty of access. I called Rapid Plumbing at 9am and they were to have someone to the house between 1pm - 3pm. At 11:45 I got a phone call saying they were ahead of schedule and would be there about 12:15 if that was ok (of course it is!). He quickly looked at the problem, compared to the water flow in the master bath (same faucet) and told me he wasn't sure it would work, but wanted to see if he could find a replacement cartridge for the tub valve. Being an older faucet, I didn't think we could still get parts, but he knew were to go and look. Within 40 minutes he was back with a new cartridge and after a few minutes our problem was fixed! He told me the part I needed and how to install it so that I could do the same in the master bath if I wanted. They were quick, courteous and were able to solve our problem without unnecessary work. We'll be calling Rapid Plumbing again.

Rapid plumbing returned our call within 30 minutes. They sent a plumber within 3 hours. He arrived in the time frame that was given, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. The plumber was friendly, professional, and worked clean, leaving little mess. I would definitely use this company again.

Rapid Plumbing bailed me out after another left me high and dry (as in no water for the Labor Day weekend). The other plumber had promised to send a crew to my house after my new counter tops were installed so that the water could be turned back on. He disappeared to Nashville for the long weekend, did not answer his calls. On the morning of the counter top installation, I called Rapid and they had my plumber ready for me at 1:45. He was there on time (actually waited for me when I was delayed by an auto accident). He did the job competently, explained what he was doing and the choices he was making, and cleaned up after he finished. Could not have asked for a better experience.

I have used Rapid Plumbing for years and they are consistently professional and good at what they do. My last use was for a dripping master faucet. They arrived on time, the plumber was professional and well dressed, and the repair took no time. I recommend them all the time.

They were great from the time that I first made communication to the time I called them and told them how happy I was with the job. They had to dig where I had an evergreen and told me that I would probably lose that tree. I was OK with that and they also had to remove landscaping of 3 boxwood bushes. They saved the bushes so that I could replant them. I can't say enough good about them.

The guy showed up on time and ready to work. He is very good at what he does. He even cleaned up after himself! Don't let his tattoos fool you he is a professional. I estimate that calling him was just slightly more expensive than doing it myself. Besides that I could move on to the million other things I have to do in my life! These guys came out once before on another call. They did not charge me anything because it was a false alarm. Bottom line: Fast and fair.

I have used this company previously. Scheduled service, and he arrived on time. Huey was very professional and efficient. Another great service call!

The first floor bathroom toliet was leaking. I called for service and was quickly scheduled. The gentleman arrived early and was quick to identify the issue and explain in detail the problem to me before working on it. He quickly fixed the leak and answered all questions I had. I would recommend Rapid Plumbing to everyone and will use them again for all my plumbing needs.

They did a great job installing a new garbage disposal. Thank you for your hard work, and for helping us learn how to take care of the disposal!

Jacob called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He inspected my toilet, told me he could repair or replace the defective parts. Explained in detail the pro's and con's without putting pressure on me to spend more money. I chose to replace all the flushing and sealing parts in the toilet tank. Jacob immediately made the repairs and cleaned up the area. I was very impressed with the professionalism,friendliness, knowledge and quick work. I would recommend Rapid Plumbing to neighbors, friends and family.

The service guy (Jacob) showed up on time. He inspected the situation and talked with me about what was going on. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what was going on.

We had purchased a new refrigerator and when it was delivered we found out there was a problem with the water line for the ice maker. We called Rapid Plumbing and they came quickly even though it was in the evening. They did not have the part needed and because the stores were closed, they were unable to fix it that night. They capped off the line and returned first thing the next morning and made the repair. They were nice, quick, and reliable.

Service was "Rapid" and done very professionally. This was a very Excellent Experience; and "yes" I will highly recommend them.

As of this date (10/30/2012).....still have not heard back from them?

They came out and the filter at the sink top needed replacing.

I looked up several names on the list & called around. They were very nice & this company's price was comparable to other companies I talked to. I purchase the water heater from them & they did come in and install it as well. They showed up when they said they would & had everything with them. They were very efficient & done in just a couple hours. They also hauled the old one away for me. They had to do a little additional plumbing for me as well - replacing & re-routing some old pipes to bring everything up to code. I was really very pleased. I've called them since then to fix a leak under my sink. They took care of that as well in May!
