He arrived a little late, but the receptionist apologized and said that she should have contacted us to let us know. Once he arrived, he was fast and efficient, and was helpful in working with us with our home warranty company, who needed to pre-approve his work. Once he started working, he told us that he would be able to repair the spigot, without fully replacing it, if we preferred. This saved us quite a bit of money in parts and labor from his original quote. He cleaned up the mess pretty well and overall was professional and straightforward. We'll use Rapid Plumbing again if we need anymore plumbing work.

This is a very good company, I recommend them and would use them again. They are friendly, fast and on time. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE ESTIMATE IN WRITING THE DAY HE FIRST SHOWS UP. We didn't do that and when they later came to do the job less work was done at a much higher price than expected. Clean up is left to the homeowner.

It took the plumber about five minutes to fix the problem, it was very expensive when you consider what was done, go into the bathroom and adjust the hot water flow.

I called at 8:10 and spoke to a very nice receptionist. She said that a plumber could be at my house between 9:00 and 9:30, the same day. They really lived up to their name. The plumber arrived at 9:00. He quickly assessed the leak under my sink and determined that the problem was a cracked sprayer connection. After trying several different adapters, and running to the nearby plumbing supply store, he determined that I needed a new faucet because there was no way to fix and re-connect the broken sprayer. He said to go buy a faucet and call the office back. I did, and at 1:30 that same afternoon the plumber came back and installed my new faucet. During the installation he accidentally broke part of my garbage disposal, so he replaced it with a new one at no charge to me. I was very pleased with the service this plumber and his company provided, and I will definitely use them for all my future plumbing needs. The price was very fair too!

I was contacted my the company via e-mail to confirm my appointment. Huey arrived on time, I showed him an additional faucet that continued to drip, I then showed him the outside faucet. He explained what he would need to do to make the repair. He had to remove a small piece of dry wall in a bedroom. He advised that I would need to get someone to repair the dry wall. The cutout was clean and will be easy to repair. The faucet was replaced with no more leaks, he stopped the drip in my half bath and I had him put a new faucet in my kitchen. He advised that the labor for a new installation was not included in the Big Deal so I agreed to pay the additional $150 for him to remove the old faucet and replace with a new one. I am very pleased with the time that it took and professionalism in completing the jobs. Huey was here as scheduled at 9:00 and was leaving my home by 11:00. The Big Deal was for 2 hours of plumbing labor. Thank you L. Burnett-Mack

After a phone call from them (less than 30 minutes after I phoned them), I explained I had purchase the Big Deal. Then I found out that the pipe stoppage in my house was NOT covered by the Big Deal. It was recommended that I request a refund. I did suggest the Big Deal have better clarification to state that clog clearing is NOT covered. Anyway, an appointment was made for today and I knew the price of the service from the phone call. The person arrived early, was friendly and professional. There was no mess. All is fine. I just couldn't use the Big Deal to get the clog cleared.

They were fantastic, on time, flopped out a couple of parts and did not even charge because it only took them 20 minutes before they were there. It was a great experience. The person was very professional, did the work very cleanly which is more important to perform whrn they are going to do a mess. All in all, I was very happy with the service they provide. They were the only ones who show up. He was very friendly, knows what he was doing, did the job done fast, was done enough before I knew it. They did an excellent job. I will recommend them to any of my family and anybody else.

I very stupidly put a bunch of cooked leftover Israeli couscous down our garbage disposal and made a nice clog that we couldn't resolve with our 25' snake. I called Rapid Plumbing and they showed up within an hour and had it cleared in about 25 minutes. Perfect service.

They were great to work with. They diagnosed the problem quickly. They explained what they were doing to do. They also explained what I could next winter to avoid the same situation. The work was done neatly and cleanly. They responded the next day when I had called and even arrived early to the appointment.

I called one day, explained the problem and asked for a service call and a review of possible costs. Hourly service call (labor) was $90 and hour, within reason and an early morning appointment was offered for the following day. Since I had to be away from the house until later in the PM, I asked if that could be arranged, "Dora" said that it could be scheduled for later in the day and that she'd call me to let me know when the repairman was approximately 30 minutes away (which would give me time to get back home to receive him). The scheduling plan worked, I met the repairman at my residence and the work was completed without hassle.

The three times they provided services, I was extremely pleased with their experise and work habits; and their cost was extremely reasonable. I would recommend them in heart beat!

They were excellent. I would probably hire them again. The deal that I bought wasn't for replacement it was just for repair work. Which was fine. When he came and looked at the faucet I wanted installed he said I would have to tear the whole wall off and change the pipes. I didn't want to do that so my son bought some valves and I showed it to them and they said they would work and now everything is perfect. I also wanted the toilet to be repaired. There is a piping between the washer and dryer that I need to have welded so the next time he comes I will have them look at that.

The company is good, they just do not do the service.

He came on time and was very nice. He did the work the way I wanted in a reasonable time at a reasonable rate.
