Description of Work: I spoke with the gentleman on the phone to schedule the appointment. They arrived as scheduled and began to work. I was a little unhappy with that because I had asked for an estimate before anywork was performed. Yet, after the price was quoted, I allowed them to go ahead and perform the work. They cleaned my vent, which is on a second floor. There was an issue with my vent pipes so they had to cut a opening in the wall to reset them. I had to had someone to come out to repair this, since they do not do drywall. After the dryer vent was cleaned, they proceeded tp ask about vent cleaning. they gave me and estimate for that, but I will not be using them for that....
