We hired DDR to build a garage on our property and could not be happier with the results! Chris, the excellent project manager, kept us up to date every step of the way. The construction crews were efficient, friendly, and completed their tasks on time and in budget. We would recommend DDR to anyone looking for a reliable contracting company and will be contacting them again for future projects.

they were professional the work crews arrived early and worked all day, they cleaned up the work site when finished. They built the garage quickly even though the weather didn't cooperate. We would hire them again for a building project.

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with how DDR handled our Basement remodel. From start to finish they were professional and upfront. All of the subcontractors were skilled and efficient and provided quality work at every turn. Chad was our Project Manager and he was outstanding. He stayed in communication and was available to address any questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend this team for any of your residential design and remodel projects! We love our new basement!

Well, I won’t say this was an easy project to get through, but I will say that Chad did his very best to make us happy with the finished product. We had a lot of setbacks along the way, but Chad and his team were willing to work through anything that came our way. My husband and I are very happy with the finished product.

DDR was great to work with from start to finish. Our project manager was very attentive to our needs. The quality of work done was outstanding and they are competitively priced.

We chose DDR for a detached brick garage to our home. They met and exceeded our expectations. The most challenging part was matching the brick to the house. With patience the problem was solved to a fantastic match. Chad Faris who read the project was in touch with a timely basis, from obtaining the permits with the HOA to putting on the finishing touches. We have already received compliments from our neighbors! The project was done on time and on budget.

I hired Distinctive Design Remodeling to build an screened in enclosed porch. They responded promptly to my inquiry, gave me the estimate and arranged the services in a timely manner. Ian, the Site Manager made sure things were progressing smoothly and if I were to point out anything that was not to my satisfaction, he would take care of things, then check back to make sure I was satisfied. l was also impressed with some of the sub-contractors that were on site. They were receptive to any changes I made "on the go" that allowed me to get exactly what I needed and wanted. Overall, 5 stars across the board!

Having all the professionals within the company allows for very accurate step by step work completion along with great relationships with all the appropriate inspection services when needed and completed very thoroughly. We were referred to Distinctive Design by a coworker who was pleased with the work they performed. Our basement was completely unfinished except for rough in plumbing and we were wanting quite an extensive finish with two bedrooms, kitchen, great room/living room, bathroom & laundry room for my aging mother & aunt to live in. We were informed that we would have to wait six weeks after initially contacting them for them to start which I thought was a good sign showing they were in demand. Once getting started they smoothly went from one phase to the next and were finished in about seven weeks. Any concerns we had were addressed with our project manager Chad, he kept us informed and would return calls promptly if we had any questions. All the workers were very friendly and really seemed focused and at the top of their craft. Needless to say my mother and aunt love their new home! We would use them again if we're in need of any future projects.

Chad is very professional, and sweet. He has a hometown personality. He was very flexible with our needs. He was always on time. When he said he would be here he was here. Kevin was amazing in helping advise us to get what we wanted for the price. Kevin is truly a salesmen he didn't push us. Shannon was the electrician and team leader and he was able to make the right adjustments for the project. Shannon went above and beyond to make sure all electrical matter were resolved. The insulation and dry team was fast and precise. The team leader Mike and his crew were even teaching us Spanish. They even did extra insulation we needed. Chad has put together an amazing team. They all worked great together. Chad even checked the projects himself and had it inspected.

Very impressed with their company, the were very professional in everything they did from follow up through follow through.

From the day we met with Kevin Kelly of Distinctive Design Remodeling until the day the job was finished, I have been impressed with every person who has worked on our patio cover. On the day the demo took place, the company was there to haul off the broken brick and like clock work afterwards the trash was removed. The framers, the roofers, the aluminum installers, the electricians, the finishers, the mason and especially the project managers are all first-rate craftsmen and really nice people. Distinctive Design Remodeling will be the first company that I call when I need work done in the future. I would also advise anyone thinking of remodeling to call them. Call them first because you won't be disappointed as I also feel the price was very reasonable. David M

Nightmare from the start. Do not pay anything in advance. They left the job unfinished!! Wrong dimensions of the garage. I had to contact the building inspectors to make sure things were done to code. I had to hire someone else to complete the job!

We are extremely satisfied with our basement remodel done by DDR. We were not in a rush with the project because we were more concerned with getting it done right than how long it took, but regardless, they finished the project in about 6 weeks which is what they quoted at the beginning. As with any project issues did arise but our project manager, Chris, remained in constant contact with us and resolved all our concerns. For instance, as part of the project we replaced the exterior doors on the back of our house and the new doors were smaller than the existing doors because of a mismeasurement. They reworked the drywall/trim on the interior and the siding on the exterior to make the new doors look great and I feel we have a more watertight solution than what was there before. They will make it right which is something DDR and their subcontractors all echoed which gave me a lot of relief throughout the project. We are excited to move into our new basement and would recommend DDR if you are planning on doing a basement in your house.

End results was outstanding. Had early issues with weather, but nothing they could have done to change that. When we had an issue they always responded They did great work. Johnny

They did a basement finishing job for us. Overall we are happy with the finished project and would recommend them. The project took longer than originally quoted due to issues with the drywall team and starting later than anticipated, otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars.

They built a sun-room on my home. Quite an undertaking, and I would recommend them based on the result. We had several choices when we were looking for our project, and we are very happy we selected this company. Chad Farris was our project manager, and the project went seamlessly. If you are looking, stop looking now! Contact these folks. They are not the cheapest, but they charge a fair price and deliver quality results.

When I ordered the patio I provided a nearly CAD quality diagram of the design of my patio. The design was never provided prior to construction starting and I told them the dimensions were wrong when they started the foundations. Went to work came back and was still off by several feet. But was told the I signed off on dimensions. Next they started the roof and they tried using foil dry hose for extending my dryer vent. They then changed the roof design without asking. When they did electrical the disconnected an old switch then just left it. Then came concrete, it was a rush job to do framing and concrete same day, they used a bobcat and destroyed my yard. Then rather than follow drawing they tore down my firewood stand so they could run concrete where the stand was. Poor communication is the biggest problem. I'm still waiting for them to return to pickup dirt pile in my yard and put cap on rain gutter. Unless you can supervise, I do not recommend. The quality is great just not what i asked for.
