DDR did a great job, from tearing down our old garage and hauling it away, to building the new one. The guys even went as far as helping us move some last minute things from the old existing garage before demolition began. Ian the project manager kept in constant contact with us, via text and phone so that we knew what was happening every step of the way, and made it very easy for us to contact him when we had questions. Best of all they finish weeks before the initial completion date. Needless to say we are very happy with our new garage.

I am so happy with the quality of the work done to build my new garage. My project manager, Chris kept me informed on all stages of the build. With a background in art and design I am very detail oriented. I was so impressed with the high skill set of all the crews that worked on my garage. It is made well and beautiful!

DDR was great to work with. They dispatched a design manager out super quick, and he was very thorough in discussing my wants/needs and quoting a price on the spot (thanks, Pat!) They coordinated everything, start-to-finish, including dealing with permitting & my Historic District (which I was extremely grateful for!). I've worked with several other contractors in the past (both personally and in my professional career) and have never experienced the level of communication I got with this project (shout out to Chris!). The job was complete within the "best-case" timeline laid out, which I was also very impressed with. All my questions & concerns were always promptly addressed. I probably could have found another company to do the job for less, but, I've learned through experience that you get what you pay for. If you want to get a project done with as little headache & inconvenience as possible, go with DDR.

This team is top-notch! We had already talked to four other builders but Kevin was the only one who really listened to what we were wanting - and then developed a plan that met our expectations. I felt like everyone else was trying to sell us a package. Chris was our project manager - he did a awesome job! We communicated almost every day, he kept me informed on what was going on and the next steps - it wasnt me bugging him for info. Everyone we met did a great job, they listened to my questions and had good answers, very responsive (I felt like part of the team for our project). I will hire them again! And, they were the best price - BONUS!!! No surprise cost overruns either. This was our third major building project, but the first time Ive felt good about the results (two others were different companies). If you want to see the results, call DDR and have them send me your number and we can set up a visit - I am a fan because they delivered!!!

We are very happy with our room addition and covered patio area! The project was completed in the time frame quoted to us. The project manager addressed all of our issues, kept us informed. They did a great job!

Beware of APR rates when signing the contract. We got told it would be between 1 and 2% , When it was finalized it was at 7.99%!

1) We were very impressed that Jesse, one of the co-owners of DDR, met with us to discuss what we were looking for. He took detailed notes, and provided helpful feedback on different ideas we were looking at. 2) When we were reviewing the CAD plans for our room addition and breezeway, Jesse answered all of our questions without fail, and included different details into the CAD plans that we had discussed but were missing. 3) All the different members of the DDR team that were involved in the project (materials engineer, project manager, etc) were all very pro-active and touched base with us with questions, in order to ensure that everything would match as closely as possible to our house and detached garage. 4) The project manager, Chris, always kept us in the loop regarding which teams were coming to the house, materials being delivered, etc. This was definitely appreciated and made us feel like the project was being handled in a professional manner. 5) All the teams that came (concrete, framing, roofing, insulation, siding, electrical, drywall, trim, and clean-up) were highly professional and worked hard and fast to ensure that the project would be completed on time. Chris would visit to check on the work and to take pictures. When the stairs from the breezeway to the room addition was first built, Chris recognized that it did not meet code nor did it meet DDR's own standards, and had the stairs re-done. We greatly appreciate the action that was taken. 6) The clean-up team really impressed us with the care they took in making sure that everything was as clean as possible on site, including hosing down our driveway (where the dumpster had been sitting), so that we would not need to do that. Would we contact DDR in the future for any other additions or work on our house? Definitely. Would we recommend DDR to anyone who is looking for a company to do work on their house or property? Definitely.

I love my new sunroom...Ian was great to work with...although still waiting to finalize minor details.

They were very quick and did their work very well. I'm pleased with the result. I had occasional issues with communication, but otherwise I am very satisfied.

This is a great company and a great experience. Chris and his crew built me a new garage and it turn out fantastic. Chris is responsive whenever I reach out and he is knowledgeable and experienced in the trades. They were respectful of my property while doing the work and cleaned up daily. The quality of the workmanship and customer service far out weigh the cost paid. I also want to comment on his follow-up, always ensuring my expectations were being met. I am new to the area but believe the pricing to be very fair. I have already recommended and will, without hesitation, hire Chris for my next project.

Professional, thoughtful and helpful!

initially all seemed well...until it rained. Then the property use became a failure. Poor follow up (communications and re-engagement) with fixing the grade of the property -- one year later we still have lakes forming around the entire addition. Communications are slow at best and I have been waiting for three months for a representative to return and determine a path forward. Now looking to add more money to the effort to resolve what appears to be a non-issue for DDR.

I recently used DDR to finish our basement. The process was quick and the work was very good. Our basement has become one of primary parts of our house now. Unlike some remodeling companies, DDR only completes up to the drywall, so take that into consideration. Paint, flooring and bathroom parts (toilet, shower, sink) are extras you cover out of pocket. So this isn't a complete turn key solution. My total out of pocket was a little bit more than I would have liked, although the basement looks great and I'm very pleased with the experience. One of the things to always consider when contracting work is how any issues are handled at the end. We had a few small things surface at the end of the project and DDR has addressed all of them. Standing by your work means a lot when you're talking about the house you live in. I would definitely recommend their services!
