We hired DDR to finish our basement and are happy with their work. They were very responsive and efficient. Our projected was completed very quickly and they were in regular communication with us throughout the project. We did have a couple of miscommunications during the process, but we were able to get them resolved and our basement looks great.

DDR was very professional in all the phases of construction. The sunroom project manager Scott was very experienced and was valuable making suggestions that made the room more enjoyable for us. The job was completed in the planned time frame.

They address any concerns that I may have.

I really enjoyed working with DDR. They are professional, thorough, honest, reliable and respectful. Kyle was great to work with, always available for any questions and concerns. Our project was rather large - 1365 square feet! We now have a full bath, large spare bedroom for guests and a huge living area for entertaining. I highly recommend DDR! If you want the best, hire DDR!

Basement remodel included bathroom (necessitating new plumbing). Communication was excellent and quality was professional. Ulysses (drywall and finishing), Troy (plumbing) and Kyle (project manager) were just excellent. When there was a glitch with one work team, DDR was very responsive and made everything right. I am so pleased with the results.

Very good company to work with! Financing was easy through them. Professional people, prompt responses via email and delivered on time.

DDR finished our basement for us. They did a great job. Kyle our project manager was available for any questions or concerns that arose and took care of everything. If the need arises, I would work with DDR again.

Our screened in porch was completed ahead of schedule and with good quality. Communication was good and they put up with all my questions.

The screened-in porch was completed in stages. The project manager kept me informed as to what was going to happen on what day. I described the entire job as choreography, so smoothly run. Construction material was contained in one area and several clean ups occurred during the job. Overall, I was very satisfied and glad to recommend DDR!

This company is outstanding! They were very professional. They completed the project AHEAD of schedule! Every day they cleaned up any debris. Excellent, quality work. The project manager checked in with us at least daily so we always were informed. Highly recommend!

These guys are good! Being new to Central Kentucky, my family moved into a home with a large unfinished basement and we knew we wanted to finish it right away. I interviewed and had quotes from 5 construction companies. Not only did DDR provide the most competitive price, but they were also able to start the soonest. Within just a few weeks, they were on site and work began. Our project coordinator Kyle was great, keeping me in the loop at each step of the construction process. Crews showed when they said, did quality work and completed the job when they said they would. Any concern I had was addressed and explained. The owner Jon was gracious when we did have an issue come up and made it right. Overall, very happy with the whole process - the sales process, providing a great solution to a layout issue we faced, friendliness of the staff and contractors and the quality of work. Kyle, Jordan and Jon, great work - Keep it up! Thanks!

Shout out to Kyle, Jordan, Mike and the crew at DDR for their wonderful work, professionalism, and responsiveness! They took a drab basement and converted it into exactly what our family not only needed, but wanted. Our new family room is absolutely stunning and our little girl is absolutely THRILLED with her huge new bedroom and glam closet. These guys all made sure we were kept informed about every step of the process at all times, and it was truly fun having them in our home. Of course, Kyle was amazing in his delivery, and we appreciate everything he did, and the way he kept it all lighthearted and stress free for us. Not one step was overlooked! -Mayra & Chase

They decreased the value of my home with the work they have done. They do not listen to the owners preferences, and they use the lowest grade of materials and construction methods. I am also concerned about them being insured or not. I believe they are drinking beer on the job, based on a picture they sent me showing a C on the bottle, in a recognizable font. I asked about their insurance and have gotten no response. The siding was done wrong, because I believe the DDR manager did not provide the workers the proper materials.

We utilized DDR for our basement renovation. Great experience throughout the entire process. The week DDR was supposed to start the project was when the ice storm hit and they never fell behind and were able to complete on time. All managers/supervisors(Jon, Kyle, Mike, Jordan) were very communicative and allowed us to schedule accordingly. This was the first significant renovation we have done and would highly recommend their service.
