This group is the best!  They quickly get you pricing information and, if you decide to proceed, they quickly perform the requested service.  It's nice knowing there is an automobile service center nearby that you can count on when it comes to servicing your vehicle.

I had purchased an 01 4Runner with 180,000 miles as a farm vehicle with the intent to drive it 300 miles or less a month.  I explained this to the shop and that I was mainly interested in keeping the truck in good running order, but not perfect.  They were respectful of this request, particularly on the check engine light diagnosis. 
John called me multiple times to let me know what was wrong with the truck, stopped and checked with me every step of the way on cost.  They diagnosed the problem quickly.  They were able to give me a ride home when I dropped the truck off, which was unexpected, and convenient as the mechanic who was going to work on it drove the truck in my presence and we could discuss what the noise could possibly be.  It's been running great ever since. 
They were a little high on what they charged to complete the wheel bearing change, but overall I'm very satisfied and will go back.

Overall they are a very fair and honest shop.  I have never been quoted a price that wasnt within 5% of the final bill,  they communicate well and efficiently and let me know the exact issue and explain my options.
They are quick to get my cars in and out and I have not had to bring anything back to "re-work" or fix it.  Cant ask for more than that!

I was very pleased with these guys in the past but this time I think they tried to sell me stuff that I didn't need. They tried to sell me a new motor and I didn't need a new motor. I've never had quality problems there. I am going to try not to use them again.

I had difficulty replacing a CV axle on a Honda Civic. Could not get it to seat properly. Had the car towed to ProTech. They determined that the axle was not the correct length. Replaced the incorrect axle with the correct one. Total price includes the tow charge. I returned my (incorrect) axle for credit to the store from which it was purchased.

honest, professional car repair. I had them check my brakes a year or two earlier, and I thought I was going to be needing brakes then. They said, at that time, my brake pads were fine--- the "noise" was from a rough rotor. I was happy to return to them when I needed new pads and believe they are a trustworthy operation.

They are a very honest company. He's not going to do work that you're not going to need. I will continue to use them.

I THINK EVERYTHING BUT THE PRICE WAS GOOD. WE HAD JUST HAD SOME BREAK WORK DONE PREVIOUSLY, SO I THOUGHT THAT WE SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN A CHEAPER RATE, SINCE WE HAD JUST HAD THEM DONE. OTHERWISE THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GOT EVERYTHING WORKING PROPERLY.
