Donald called promptly to arrange a visit, did the work immediately for a fair price and cleaned up behind him. Couldn't ask for more. We will definitely use his services next time we have a power washing project.

We needed a two-story home cleaned with bad molding and dirt on the siding and were hoping to do it within a short time frame. DLS contacted us as soon as we posted the request and was very accommodating to our schedule. The owner, Donald, came out and gave us an estimate in person for a very fair price. He promised to make it look like new and it absolutely does! In addition, he cleaned the gutters, porch and front walk and they look terrific also. Super nice guy and very pleasant to work with. Highly professional, he told us exactly what he would do and followed through on everything in a very timely manner. Very strongly recommended, highest rating.

DLS responded immediately. My back deck was molded badly in areas due to all the spring rain. Their price was reasonable & within the estimate; their service was professional; fast but not rushed; courteous: they moved furniture & plants on the deck that I couldn’t. ...Now I can stain my deck!! I definitely would hire them again for my driveway & side vinyl cleaning next. I would give them a 6-STAR RATING (but that’s not an option)!!
