I called him at about 8:30 A M to set up an appointment and he was free and came at 10:00 A M and he was very diligent and detail oriented in taking care of my problem. Don contacted us immediately to provide an estimate. He came over same day to view work to be done. He provided what we thought was excellent pricing for the job size. He assured us he would be here on the day provided and did not want a predeposit or any money up front. Wanted his customer pleased before payment. On day he arrived he was on time and ready to work. He undertook on his own some areas he thought could do with some pressure cleaning. Did an excellent job with all of the tasks. We are from out of town dealing with a home we now have here, was so refreshing to have a contractor who replied quickly kept his word and exceeded our expectations. Donald was very professional and very prompt. I would highly recommend his company. He was very courteous and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with his work. My windowsills were pretty dirty on the front side of the house but he did a great job, I was very pleased.

this was the first exterior type wood that he had done. He came out to check the wood type, age, etc. Offered to clean a portion without charge to see if he could do the job " to my standards". The total house is wood,2 stories. Summary: a great job in a very short period of time !

Quick response from DLS. Price quoted was fair and work was outstanding. Washed our vinyl home and concrete driveway, patio, porch and sidewalks. Gutters are white again!! Concrete clean. Removed all mold from house. Fully satisfied!
