I highly recommend Donald. He was quick to respond and his work is top notch. His prices are reasonable and did everything he promised.

Donald Sexton was prompt in his reply and scheduled the work for the next day. He noticed areas that I hadn't and cleaned these too. The work was thorough and completed in a timely manner. Care was taken for furniture that may be effected by the wash. Donald has a professional and friendly attitude and I recommend him highly.

I talked to Donald on Saturday morning and he said he would be there at 1. He was 15 minutes early and walked through the job with me, explaining everything along the way. I will definitely use DLS again and highly recommend them!

I talked with Donald before making my decision to hire him, as i let him know i was getting other bids. He definitely had the best rate, so i hired him. He always kept in contact with me as far as when he would come out to do the work, how much it would cost, how he would do the pressure washing. He was very thorough in his explanations. He came out on a drizzly day and i wasn't sure that he would do the work because of this, but he said he would still do it as he had the rain gear to do the work. He pressure washed the siding on my house, the fascia, driveway, sidewalk and patio. All the work was done in a couple of hours and with my complete satisfaction. Donald was courteous and amiable the entire time that I dealt with him and would definitely recommend him to anyone. As a matter of fact, I posted a notice on our subdivision's Facebook page, for which i hope he receives quite a few calls on. I would definitely hire him again.

The owner of the service takes a huge amount of pride in the quality of work. Actually he did all the power washing himself he did my home two brick patios, the surround of my pool, my front porch and gutters and if that wasn t enough he did the front of my Furniture store and cleaned the windows before he left everything was just right

arrived when scheduled, did an excellent job, when finished walked around buildings with us and recleaned some spots that were questionable. Cleaned a small outbuilding that wasn't in the contract without charging extra. Very professional service. Would recommend this company to others.

DSL did work that was not in the original scope and charged nothing. I have already recommended them to friends and will definitely use them again.

I hired DLS to pressure wash and seal my driveway, patio and sidewalks. They not only did a great job with those surfaces, but also cleaned my gutters, soffits and vinyl siding were it was needed. He also did the work within a day or two of us accepting the quote which was very reasonable.
