Frank and Son Home Improvement

Frank and Son came the day I called, gave me an estimate the same day. They showed up as soon as the weather cleared up. They completed repairing a deck, painting porch rails. They also pressure washed the house and sidewalk. This was done for a very reasonable price. I will use them for future projects.

This Dad and son team worked quickly and did a fantastic job. So much so that we found a few other projects that they completed for us. Great guys. They seem to be able to do about anything!

Frank and Frankie took on a very large project at our home. They transformed a very large outdoor living space that was completely impractical and quite ugly into something practical and incredibly beautiful. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the work. They are very easy to work with; communication was great and they made sure they got every detail just right. We will be hiring them again.

House in Cynthiana. Hired to replace a toilet, replace bathtub tile (small 1 x 2' area), fasten stairway railing to wall in basement, replace kitchen faucet, power wash & seal small deck, tighten two plumbing pipes. Some of the tiles in the tub were not flush, but they function for a rental. The job was $850 plus I bought materials which I believe is on the high end. But I had no surprises, they responded quickly to texts/calls, they were very friendly and on time.....so it was money well spent. Two thumbs up overall!
