Hired for fence install. Didn't show up until 11 or so. Work was done unprofessionally and when asked to fix was done horribly again. Stated I was in the wrong cause it was just a fence and not a piano so it didn't need to be done perfectly. Fixed a majority of the problems after many times coming back to complete project. Didn't clean up after themselves until I finally asked, bombarded me about getting the check for work don't even though it wasn't completed, lied about how they go about doing the project, didn't give me my remaining supplies that I paid for, did cut rate work and luckily I found it before I paid them and made them fix ALL the mistakes they tried to get away with, didn't listen to hardly anything I asked of, stated I was to picky and wrong for wanting the project done right which should have been done right in the first place. Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you plan on fixing and cleaning up after their mistakes in the end. I have no edge in writing this review and it goes again my better judgment, but they did me wrong and did very poor work and would like to help others in the future to shop around and think twice before hiring these guys!

Frank and Son were on time, friendly, and did a great job. I had a lot of concrete and siding in bad shape. They went above and beyond and it looks like new. I'm going to hire them for other projects. I highly recommend this company based on the pressure washing job.

They were professional, on time and did a great job! They even called in advance to confirm the appointment. I definitely recommend them and plan to use them for another job in the future. As a Realtor, I am always looking for someone to recommend to my clients and I am so glad I can now do that with confidence.

Gave me a reasonable estimate and stuck to it. Did the work 2 days after estimate and between other jobs. I'd use them again.

I have had 4 company to bid for the painting of my house, Frank and Son was reasonable pricing and they promised they could do this in 2 day and it was done. They was on time and they was very neat, I was worry about my flower bed and paint on them but not a drop. I have more work to be done and they will be the one.

I hired Frank and Son for bathroom remodeling but eventually got quotes from them on painting my entire house and cabinets as well as redoing the wood floor. The work that they did on the bathroom tile is good however the plumbing was sub-par. I had leakage in the pipes under the sink and now two months later there is a pool of water around the toilet bowl. I have already had to hire someone else to fix some other issues that I ran into with their work. I would not recommend them, the overall quality of their work is low quality. I am highly dissatisfied with their work.

After the initial repair, I had to have them return to correct a problem. They corrected the problem and everything is fine.

Courteous, professional and very fast. What I thought would take an entire day these guys knocked out in half the time. The fixed my beat up siding and I can look at it without cringing now. Will definitely be hiring again for some much needed deck repair. Thank you gentlemen!

Placed shelves really good

I needed some engineered hardwood follors repaired. When Frank examined the problem he informed me that anything that was done would only make the situation worse. He did not charge lme for the visit. I think is an honest repairman.

Frank and Son remodeled my kitchen. The job consisted of drywalling and teturing my ceiling, along with placing ceramic tile on the countertops, backsplash and floor. The work they performed was exemplary, and it really added value to the house. They completed the work in a timely manner, and I would not hesitate to use them again on other projects. Matter of fact, I am in the process of scheduling them to give me another estimate to remodel my bathroom. There work is of a quality that I would not have any issue with recommending them to other customers.
