Description of Work: Cleaning was mostly good unless pushed for time. Asked to not bring in temporary help to replace regular cleaners and they did. Temp help stole $10,000 solitaire diamond necklace and company did not cooperate with police to recover the necklace. Edgewood police did recover and girl was charged with felony. Another time a temp stole prescription drugs and did fire the girl.

Description of Work: They cleaned my first and second floor (4BR, 2.5 baths). Overall the cleaning was pretty good and whenever I noticed something that needed done or was missed the gilts would take care of it right away. My bigger issue was with management and the owners. I had specifically noted that I needed to be done on a certain day and time when I hired the company and they said no problem I also requested that they keep my team of cleaners the same week to week (excluding when team members were sick or in vacation) because we have dogs and I didn't want to have to introduce new people to the dogs each week again they said no problem. Initially things worked out but then they started sending new teams each week as well as changing the time of my clean without notifying me ahead of time. Additionally I caught them lying to me, I called to ask them why my team hadn't shown up at the scheduled time and they told me one of the girls had hurt her hand so they were moving slower than normal. When the girls arrived I inquired about her hand and how she hurt it and she said she didn't know what I was talking about. I told her what the manager at the office had said and she told me they were instructed to push my house back to,third on the list instead of second. Unfortunate because the girls that cleaned for regularly did a great job I quit using them strictly due to management issues.

Description of Work: They did a monthly general house cleaning. They did a good thorough job quickly. The ladies were friendly.

Description of Work: They are contracted to clean my house every 2-weeks and the times I have met the girls, they are super nice and every time it is always a different team of girls, so I guess they rotate homes. Having said that, they just don't clean well enough to pay $260.00 a month. When I would come home from work I would always go around and notice things that had been on the carpet/ wood floors that had not been cleaned or swept along with other things that had not been cleaned but I could go on for another 3-paragraphs, but don't have the time! I am not hiring them back after this last cleaning. I have taken pictures to show what things had not been cleaned, etc. so those were sent in my letter to the office. I have had them for 2-years and it is time to move on, save my money and just do it myself!

Description of Work: They clean surfaces never more and many times rooms were skipped. We were never able to get our house cleaned the way we wanted and even offered to pay more. In the end, it was not worth the effort and we moved on. A note on the professionalism: the cleaners were very professional, but the administrative staff (owner / scheduler) was not.

Description of Work: The biggest problem I had with this company was their lack of communication. The maids were late according to the window of time they estimated arrival. The window was between 12:30-2:30 and they showed up around 2:50. After the service when we were told the total cost the maids shared with us that it could have been way cheaper had we done the in home estimate. If the in-home estimate is completed you are charged the quoted price regardless of time spent. If it is not done your quoted price can be forgotten completely. We were quoted $75 an hour and based on our square footage NO MORE than 2 hours. So I expected to pay around $150. The maids were at my house, while I was working, for almost 4 hours and charged me $300+! I was irritated and called customer service on my way home to complain (at this time they had not finished the job yet)and found out it's a national number and they could do nothing about what my local branch sold me or quoted me. I was transferred to the local store's voicemail and left a terse message requesting a response at their earliest convenience and still have yet to be called back. Shortly after I left this voicemail the maids quickly finished up and left within 5 minutes. Odd how quickly they were able to wrap things up once I complained about the length of time it had taken. Never again will I use this company nor would I recommend them to anyone I care about.

Description of Work: I may use this service again. My house was definitly clean, but not as clean as I get it. some areas had a few cob webs and it wasn't that shiny clean that I like. this could be because of cleaning products used. I wasn't home but but my sister and son said the women worked hard and were professional. Again, the company was great, but it wasn't up to my standards when I clean my own home. I did not respond to company becuase the work was adequate.

Description of Work: They come out every 2 weeks for housecleaning. It's fine; I am very happy. We've used several services in the past and we would recommend them to others.
