We are not a “track builder.” We have a variety of floor plans to use “as is” if you’d like to customize them to suit your personal style or we will customize to your set of professional building plans. We are absolutely committed to custom and quality craftsmanship. Here's an overview of our primary projects: -Bathrooms remodels often start at $20.000. -Kitchens remodels often start at $40,000. -A room addition often starts at $75,000+. Colyer-built homes involve going the extra mile and paying attention to the finer details. The team is continually up-to date with the newest building standards and expectations. Communication is key to a smooth building process; therefore, all Project Milestones are updated daily. Once your home is completed, you will receive the Colyer Home Reference Manual which includes information on all the items that went into making the house your home. The service was great, the house is halfway finished, the construction is up and it looks great. They were professional Ron the owner came highly recommended to us, he was always on time, he let us know what and when to expect regarding the project, he is always on the job site to check, and we have no issues at all. You can see he has a good relationship with his team and sub-contractors, a good reputation, good communication, and is good at solving problems, he was also patient, giving us enough information about the next steps of the project.
