Excellent. I have use this before company and have always been satisfied.

On time, good price, great job and explained the operation.

Repairman was on time, answered all my questions, demonstrated product I was pleased & would use them again.

In December a sales rep inspected, made recommendations & sold me a new door. He then repaired springs & reattached my garaged door open so that was able to use old door until new door arrived. This was very much appreciated.

Wonderful! The technician was prompt, keep me informed, did a great job and cleaned up perfectly.

Salesman was on time, as expected. Doors were ordered and came in about three weeks later. Company called and established an install date. Installer arrived on time, and did a good job with the installation. They sent only one man, as one installer called in ill. I'm pretty sure I had told the scheduler that the installation had to be completed by 2:00 pm, as I had another appointment. As it turned out, I had to leave the installer alone in my garage, as I had to leave. He did attmept to get assistance, but to my knowledge it never arrived. Again, I can't recall if I made this stipulation with the scheduler, so really can't criticise them for this issue. The installer was pollite and professional, and worked steadily the entire time I was home. I had to call the company back out for a minor adjustment, but they did so without complaint and promptly, and corrected the minor issue promtly. I will hire them again if necessary and would recommend the company to my friends. I was unhappy about the cost. I imagine they are competetive, but I think $1000 per door installed is pretty expensive. The guage of metal used for the new tracks is adequate, but thinner than the previous tracks I had. Also, I had just had new siding put on the house and I felt that the installer should have been provided with nails with matching painted heads to tack the weather stripping up along the side and top of the garage opening, as this is visible, and it doesn't look good to see the bare nail heads exposed.

The installer arrived on time. Called me ahead of time the day before to let me us know he was on his way. He was friendly and did an excellent job. Completed installation in four hours as estimated.

Serviceman, Greg, was on time, began work and worked about five hours without a break. He was professional and courteous at all times and he even explained several items about the doors.

Wonderful very timely, professional work. Very satisfied.

Called over the weekend to have a garage door spring replaced. They called on Monday morning and said that they should be able to have someone out that day. At the end of the day no one had come out. They did call to say they would be out by the end of day Tuesday. I then called another contractor to have the spring replaced before 10:00am on Tuesday morning.

I damaged one of my garage doors when departing for the airport to catch a flight. The door wound up being stuck in a half way open position. I phoned Overhead Door on the way to the airport and they had their sales rep phone me. I told him of my predicament and he not only went to see what would be required, but fixed the door so it would close. He then phoned me with a report while I was away and we made arrangements to have it fixed. A colored door was ordered and Richard replaced it. I decided I also wanted to replace the second door and Richard was able to locate another door of the same color and replaced the second door the very next day. I was very grateful that an excellent job was done all the way from beginning to end.

We had Terrible Experienceed. If you want punctuality call another office. The man was scheduled to come between 10:00 and 10:30 AM. The previous day I got a phone call from the company verifying the day and arrival time for the job which was fine. Well 2 hours later and no courtesy phone call letting me know when I can expect someone to show up I call the company. I spoke to I believe the installer manager and she said oh we have a big truck we are unloading. I said couldn't someone there have the courtesy to call me and let me know you are running late. She did not say a word. She verified my phone number and said she would call back. I told her I wanted the work done that day. Well she never called back. At 2:15 PM the man showed up which was 4 hours late. I told him about the lack of courtesy in the office for not informing me what was going on there. He was not aware of any of this. The installer agreed that I should have received a phone call. Needless to say I was not very friendly in the beginning to the man but then I talked to him and told him I knew he was not to blame for coming 4 Hours Late. The man did a good job and cleaned up and the door looks very nice also. I will call a different Overhead Door office next time I need service since this company was used to install the garage door and opener in our new home.

Service man (installer) arrived on time and installed opener, then explained operation and safety. Answered questions before he left.

Greg arrived on time and installed the new garage door with no problems. He took time to touch up outside scratches and clean fingerprints inside. It opens and closes without rubbing which is better than original installation.

Richard called to let me know he would be about 1/2 hr. late because of helping an associate. He worked quickly and did an excellent job.

They were very prompt. I think they are pretty reliable and friendly. I have no complaints against them.

They're very professional and personable...they did a great job. They followed through on whatever they said they were going to do. We had a little problem and they came right back and fixed it. Their price was comparable to the other bids we got. I would give them an A plus for responsiveness and punctuality.
