Serving Wichita and the surrounding area since 1955, Roth Heating & Air Conditioning is proudly owned and operated by Brad and Michelle Freeman, with Joshua Freeman as an additional contact. As a family-run, Christian-based business, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service with honesty and integrity. Our office and display room are open from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Service hours are available from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, and 8 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays. After-hours service is available seven days a week until 10:00 PM for your convenience. Financing is available for new equipment installations, and we offer a 10% senior discount on service calls.

Tim was very patient, thorough and professional explaining to me what the problem was, he had it figured out in probably less than 10 minutes. He even answered my questions about the humidifier and other connected parts that were not part of the problem. He got the heater back up and running just fine in no time.
He then went ahead and cleaned out the system, checked to make sure that it was safe and had no types of leaks, he also took care of the humidifier at my request which I didn't even know how to use until he explained it to me.
Very knowledgeable technician, very polite and friendly, would gladly recommend him and his company to others without hesitation.
I was a little concerned having never had to hire a heating company before, but it was not nearly as bad as I worried about. They also offer options which Tim explained to me; again at my request for maintenance agreements. Very knowledgeable and no pressure explanations.
I don't have a basis for comparison price wise since everyone else wanted me to wait until the next week to even look at it, but I did not feel like I was being ripped off.
