Our salesman should have contacted the customer on the day he said he would to explain why the estimate was not ready and provide him with a new timeline for estimate completion. Secondly, we should have provided the customer with the results of our load calculation and explained why it was different than the other two companies. Our apologies to this customer for falling short of what is expected.
