I had a driveway installed in January 2018. Four sections of the driveway were replaced in March/April due to spalling and Coleman did not want to replace the other sections because they didn't show spalling at the time. It was agreed that any sections showing damage would be replaced at a later time. One more of the originally poured sections shows spalling and needs to be replaced. After the four replacement sections were poured, a crack occurred in the sidewalk portion of the driveway which appears to be caused from the cement truck driving over it. This crack was in the field and not in the controlled joints. I can only assume that the concrete wasn't thick enough to support the load. There is still an issue with one zone of my irrigation system but I am willing to let that go providing the resolution of the other items. After numerous emails, I cannot get Kris Coleman and Max Coleman to meet with me and adequately address this issue. The job was not completed with the quality I had contracted.
