They were marvelous, they were on time, there was no wait, The price was reasonable.

They were outstanding and I found them in the Yellow Pages. I was out of town and they were able to accommodate and still come in and do the work I needed. It was awesome. When they put the Ozone through the furnace system we could not have any living thing, including pets and plants, in the house for 24 hours. Then they came several days later to do a real deep, thorough carpet cleaning for me. My grandson has allergies so we needed to do this. It is a good thing to have done especially if you've got people who have any health care needs. They worked around us on scheduling and got in here very quickly. It was not exactly as cheap as I would like, but it was well worth paying for. They worked with every little deal that I needed and they made sure that we took the right precautions. They took time to explain the process and did not make us feel stupid or uneducated because it was something we did not know about. They were very good with me on the phone and made me feel very confident. They had two different teams; one guy came on the vent system and another one came to do the actual carpet cleaning.
