Very well. Kurt even followed-up a few days later to check the all went well on the car after the 90-mile drive to where it's now located.

Dentless repair. Looks great. They handled all insurance related payments. This is the third time I have used them and always found them friendly, professional, and reasonably priced.

Kurt gave me a quote and said to bring my car right on in so they could repair my window. Sure enough, he was true to his word on both counts.
Kurt offered to replace the window's regulator and gave me a good quote. He said he would call to let me know when he gets the part for my car. I am looking forward to another appointment because Kurt and Fred were professional and seem like they care about their customers in that they offer explanations and possible options for customers to consider instead of just fixing repairs and being done with the customers. Both are very nice gentlemen and I will most likely look to them should I have any more repairs.

It didn't go well at all. Our issues include:
1) There was never an estimate from the shop of the cost of the work to be done before service was rendered. It is not their business to know much the insurance check is. I am to pay them for how much it costs them to do the repairs.
2) My wife was having to constantly check in with them to find out the status of the repair. They really didn't make any effort to let us know what was going on. And they did not notify us that they were taking our car offsite to be checked over by the dealer until after my wife called to check on the repair status.
3) While they did give us a loaner as requested, the car was in need of repair and low on oil. It was also a gas guzzler. Since the car took a week longer to be repaired than expected, gas costs were astronomical.
4) They had mistakenly let the battery run down on our vehicle while they were working on it. When they and quot;jumpstartedand quot; the vehicle there was problems with the gauges on the vehicle. Without contacting us to know what was going on, they took it to our dealership where we bought it to have it looked at. It turned out the Blower motor relay had to be replaced. This part was under warranty and repaired for free per Michael at the car dealership (whom I had spoken with the morning the car was picked up from Autotech). When I asked the owner Fred Jelich about the repair, he tried to say that they paid to have it fixed. Only when I corrected him and told him I verified what was done at the car dealership did he backpedal and say that I was correct and that they were not charged.
4) When my wife and I went to pick up the car from the shop and voiced our displeasure and concerns about the service, Fred Jelich and his receptionist were very argumentative. First of all, what business does a receptionist have including herself in a conversation between the customers and the owner? Second, instead of trying to argue and defend his position, why didn't he just ask and see what he could do to make things right? This is what separates mediocre customer service from great customer service. The customer should have the perception that he/she was taken care of and all concerns addressed. This was not done.

Response from Autotech Collision And Service
"Sometimes repairs take longer to do than anticipated, and for many reasons. Autobody work is not an exact science. As a courtesy we give FREE loaner cars to our customers for their convenience. I would consider it bad manners to complain about a FREE loaner car. May have used more gas than the customers car, but they are not forced to take a FREE loaner car. A rental car is always available to our customers for about $30 a day. As far as an estimate, the owner had a copy of the insurance companies estimate, as did we. The car was repaired to their insurance companies specifications. I do not see the issue. I am sorry this customer considers this a bad experience."

They kept to the quote and when I came to them with another quote from another company, they matched the price. Also, when I went to view the cars I was not happy with one of them; I brought it to their attention and they fixed it so I was happy with it. The only downside was they didn't call when the car was ready; however, the work was very good and I think they are an excellent company.

My car recently experienced some major trauma (went airborne briefly on a road trip in Mexico at about 50mph). As a result the steering wheel was not straight, and a front end alignment was completely impossible.
AutoTech gave me a quote of $1035, and the actual bill came to $875, so clearly I was pleased with that! Fred also did an excellent job of saving me money by sourcing some used parts instead of new.
The original work took longer than estimated (by about a week).
Shortly after I got the car back, I noticed some new noises, especially when accelerating, so took the car back, and AutoTech found something they had installed wasn't as tight as it should be, so they re-tightened it for me at no charge. They also offered to investigate some additional sounds at the same time, which I accepted, and it cost me another $65, for a grand total of $940.
My only complaint was that the original service took longer than estimated. But I felt that the price, quality, and their responsiveness when I returned the vehicle for the noises, made up for the overly-optimistic time estimate.

I have been a customer for over 6 years. These guys are honest, dependable, professional and extremely knowledgable. Their combined experience makes them reputable and dependable on both the mechanical and body work sides. I have had nothing but A+ experience and will continue to trust my car with these guys... and you can too!
