When I changed my dishwasher from being hard-wired to having a power cord I quickly learned that the outlet under the sink would only power the dishwasher when the switch for the garbage disposal was in the on position. Drat! I called a couple of big electric companies who gave me very expensive and noncommittal price ranges over the phone. Then I found Ian with HHS Electric through Home Advisor. He gave me a very reasonable estimate over the phone and said he could come that same afternoon. He arrived promptly and within a few minutes had the outlet rewired to be half hot so that now the top half powers the dishwasher independently and the bottom half powers the disposal switch. Problem solved... Yay!! I very highly recommend Ian and will definitely hire him again.
