Working with them has been so helpful, they always keep me informed, provide solutions if there is any issues, they look for affordable professionals to fix any maintenance issues with the property. I trust my property is in the best hands and I don't have to worry about it. I have worked with them for 3 years now.

We have had TK Property Management maintaining and handling all aspects--from lease renewals, rent collections, maintenance and turning units. Ken, the owner is extremely unprofessional, many of our tenants forwarded me text communications from Ken. Also, I have had personal experience with his unprofessional attitude. In addition, a list of maintenance items were given to his company to repair when they took over our properties but were never repaired. We signed a one year contract with them. We just took back the properties 2 weeks ago and have been inundated with calls of these items, and additional maintenance that was never taken care of after the tenants had reported problems. Furthermore, they moved a new tenant into a unit in mid January. That tenant paid prorate to move in, paid late in February and then Covid hit. As of September, when we took back the apartments, said tenant is more than 6 weeks behind in rent and even though TK had told me the tenant had made payment arrangements to get caught up, those deadlines had not been met and there is no written documentation with said tenant. The only reason TK is not receiving an F from us is that their office manager, Christine, is always pleasant and professional.

This company manages the house that I rent. I called them at 6:30 at night because my air conditioning was not working. (Temp. in the high 90's) They had someone at my house by 9 pm the same night and it was fixed by 9:45! I have never had service as responsive as this! And - Ken and Christine are a delight to work with - callbacks are received immediately! Their customer service is the best!

Ken and everyone at TK Property Management have been great to work with and I'm so glad to have their help. I would highly recommend TK Property Management to anyone considering property management services.

I find them excellent in every way. They strike the difficult balance between keeping both the tenant and landlord happy. I strongly recommend them.

Ken and his team did an excellent job and continues to do so. They got everything cleaned up and rented out and consistently do everything in their power to keep my costs as low as possible. I've never had a property management company go so far out of their way to make sure my expenses are down. I really, really appreciate that as an owner.

They take calls from the renter for me, and do the bookkeeping aspect. I have been using them for about 4 years now. I have never had any issues with this company.

They are very good. They handle leases, rent payments, and getting people moved in and out. They provide a 1099 at the end of the year. I have used them for about 5 years and have found them to be very reliable. I would recommend them.
