I chose Rigdon because of the reviews here on Angie's List. the quality of the work was excellent. I expected them to power wash the outside windows, but the guy actually hand washed and dried each window. Were they perfect, no, but it was still excellent and made me feel so guilty about the inside of my windows that my wife and I spent the next day cleaning those! The only issue I had, and it was one of those that the more I thought about it the more it bothered me, the guy cleaned my windows with his shirt off. It wasn't a particularly hot day either. It was just a little weird to see his bare torso stretched across my windows. It was just not professional. Not a huge deal, but odd.

They actually did the installation in two pieces. We had some wall to wall in the stairway and an upstairs hall. They put that down first and then they came back and did the area carpet. We liked that they are not a franchise; they are independently owned. They had a good selection of quality carpet. They were very professional in the way they handled things. They were kind of laid back and there was no pressure or anything. They were knowledgeable. We didn’t compare prices, but it was competitive.

Great experience from start to finish. They were very polite and professional when I called and were able to give me a price over the phone. I was able to schedule an appointment for a few days after I called. The guy who cleaned the carpets actually showed up early and was waiting for me when I got home from work. He spent a good half hour on reach room, and the carpets looked great when he was finished. .

It went well. There was a little mix up on the second job's time but that was probably because I changed it. The guy came a little earlier than I expected, but it was ok as we were there and ready. I would definitely have this company again.

They were a pleasure to work with. Very professional, punctual, and did a great job. I bought one Angie's List's Daily Deals for $75 whole-house window cleaning, interior and exterior, normally $150. The deal was for up to 25 standard windows. Our windows aren't standard, most multi-paned, some floor to ceiling. The big issue was the storm windows on most of them. The representative said he could clean the interior and exterior of all the windows, but not the panes that were inaccessible because of the storm windows, for the daily deal price. I thought that was a fair solution, and he did a great job. I also asked if he could clean the gutters on the back of the house, and he gave me a deal for $40 on those, and they were packed. All in all, a great company I would highly recommend.

He did an excellent job, very professional. Pointed out some potential trouble spots on the roof and with a window. On time and really cared if I was pleased with the work.

I got them from Angie's List. They did a good job in cleaning. They are very prompt.

I originally had a scheduled appointment with a different company that failed to show up for the appointment. I called Rigdon and explained that the other company did not show up and told them that I had just put my house on the market that day and I feared a showing with dirty carpets. I called them at 3:30 and they had a truck at our house by 4:15. Now that is service. The guy was very nice and profesional and very eager to help. Their pricing was competitive and there was no hassles. I would definitely recommend them.

He showed up on time to clean our gutters, performed the work promptly and billed what he quoted over the phone. We will definitely use him again.

It has rained since then and we haven't seen any problems. The guy that they sent out was extremely polite, got up and did the job. Then they sent me an invoice for the services, which I paid. It was basic gutter cleaning and a good experience. I thought their pricing was reasonable and I will use them again in the future.

Crew arrived on time and worked quickly to clean out the gutters on our house(they even had ladders to reach third floor gutters on back of house). There was a large obstruction in one of the downspouts that forced them to disassemble the downspout, but they quickly cleaned this blockage and re-assembled the entire downspout.

Kerry was very quick to provide a quote for the job and gave multiple options on price. I settled on $185 to clean all of our gutters, but we were only charged $140 after the work was done since some of the guttering was already clean. They did a very thorough job and checked all of the guttering and tested all of the downspouts. Everything was cleaned out and they took the time to show us where the clogs were and to provide a recommendation on gutter guards (they even told us we could get them at Home Depot and install them ourselves without much trouble). I will definitely use them again.

They do my windows all the time. They always show up when they're supposed to and do a really good job. There is nothing specific. I don't think they are the cheapest in town.

I liked the guy who came because the morons had me scheduled and they didn't have me on the schedule and he called somebody in to do the work. They were punctual except for this time when they forgot to come. They are all right but not great. They are cheap. The price was good.

I talked to Kerry, the company owner on Tuesday. Service was done the next day. The service man was there at 9AM on time, and was friendly, professional, left everything cleaned up and put away. I would definitely use this company again. I thought the price was reasonable, and they were very easy to work with.
