The representative showed up in time and porceeded to clean all the gutters first - he left a bunch of debri from the cleaning on my patio that I later had to clean up. I called the company back because of two things: 1. The guy that cleaned the windows forgot to clean the window sill - and I called, they said they were going to send someone and never did. I called twice and never came. They also forgot to clean a window 2. They sent me a bill charging me for the screens - and they were included. I had to call and they did give me a credit for that. Will not use them again for sure!

The service man from Rigdon came out promptly and found I had a bird's nest in my gutter that was causing the problem. The technician cleaned and flushed all my gutters and found the buried drain in my yard. He did a great job and got it done very quickly. Rigdon called back to check and see if everything had been taken care to my satisfaction. I will use this company in the future, their customer service is wonderful and their prices are right on, very reasonable.

The windows where clean but almost half of them the screens were pushed out. I now have to have screens redone. To be fair I did not call the company. The gentleman they sent out was aware that he did it though.

Making appointment was easy. They arrived on time and were very efficient! Cleaned all windows in a timely fashion. Left no mess!

I called and scheduled a date which I had to change because of some construction going on in the house. No problem, they changed the appointment and came out when I asked them to. On time. Did a nice job on all windows. Cleaned up after themselves. No mess at all. Very polite. I used Chris's crew.

We signed up under an Angie's List special in September 2011 and just now got around to having the windows cleaned. Rigdon's crew did a super job. We upgraded from the advertised price to include Rain-X. Rigdon's office called the next day to see how everything went. I told them there was a smear left on one window. The crew supervisor returned and cleaned that window again. Now all windows are spotless.

I have hired Rigdon, Inc. before to wash my windows. Both times they have done an excellent job. I will be calling them in the future when I need windows cleaned.

After reading several good reviews on Angie's List, I called this morning for window cleaning and asked for it to be done as soon as possible or at least some time before a party I was having 7 days later. They were able to schedule me for same day service. Brandon arrived, albeit a bit late than originally stated, but he wasted no time getting to work on our interior and exterior window cleaning. Our exterior windows really had not been cleaned thoroughly in 9 years and he worked hard, late on a Friday night to get it done. He had to deal with some annoying hard water stains on the windows as well.I will definitely use Rigdon again and had no idea how nice it would be to have windows so clean!

Very professional, on time. I had a coupon and they honored it and didn't try to sell more services. They called a couples days later to see if I was satisfied.

Bought a deal from Angies List. The guy showed up on time and cleaned the windows.

I made an email contact for an estimate and they were able to make an approximate in an email response within a matter of hours the event was scheduled. They showed up promptly as scheduled and set out about the work. They had to remove the mesh gutter covers and clean and then replace the mesh covers. It took them a couple of hours, but they did a good job. I did not go to the roof on the second floor to check out the work, but I could visually see the first floor from the second and they did a neat job.

Windows are spotless. Very good job.

They showed up on time but we weren’t very happy. It seemed like they did leave the windows clean. They left some windows unlocked in areas that would be easy to burglarize. We cannot recommend them to anyone else.

I called the company in the afternoon on 5/22/12 to schedule a time to have the gutters cleaned, and was told that they would try to work me in this week. I was shocked when I received a call a few hours later, saying they could be here in 15 minutes. When they arrived, they walked around the house and gave me a firm estimate of the final cost and proceeded to do the work. GREAT JOB! No mess left behind.......gutters cleaned........even removed 2 dead birds. Wonderful company that I would definitely use again!

I called Wednesday afternoon (5-2-12) and he was here today 5-3-12. I was so impressed he was able to do it so fast. My gutters were really a mess. They were full of (what I call whirlybirds) from the tree plus everything else. He worked non stop and hosed them out after cleaning them. He cleaned up and took all the trash with him. He was very professional and extremely pleasant. I will definitely use him again. He offered a coupon for $89.95 for the entire job for Angie's members. I certainly got my moneys worth.

Everything was excellent, except they weren't punctual. Something must have come up for them to be late and they didn't charge me at all for the job since they were late. I guess there was just a misunderstanding with the actual window washer. The owner was really concerned about the punctuality so I would use them again.
