Arrived on time, was professional, did the work and cleaned up after as stated on the vendor website. This was a small job, I have one gutter I'm not able to get to very easily without a much taller ladder. For the same price as the ladder, I can hire this company 4 times. In addition, I don't have to get up on a ladder at heights were injury can be pretty serious. Got two cleanings for $169.

Terrible. Rigdon was a no call no show. After waiting the whole afternoon I called the office and was told someone had come out here but reported that there was "nothing there." They offered to send someone out but by then it was way too late. I hired someone else and they arrived on time and did a great job. They removed 15 gallons of debris from just one part of the gutters alone. So much for "nothing there." I even received a confirmation email from Rigdon on the day before the job so it's not like they forgot the appiontment. Overall a bad experience. I don't know why this business could have so many good reviews and have such terrible follow through. I will not use Angieslist for referrals in the future.

Bought Angie’s list deal for gutter cleaning - 100 ft ~$85. Has not had our gutters cleaned in 13 years! Well worth it. On time, did a great job - coupon covered whole job.

I scheduled to have my windows and gutters cleaned and took the day off work for it. They sent 1 person when we have a large picture window that they had cleaned before. The employee complained while he did the gutters and when they sent someone out to help him with the window, they cleaned that then they left for him to complete over 20 windows, inside and out alone. It would have taken him hours and he continued to complain about how many more jobs he had that day. I cancelled the rest of the order and told him he could continue with his other jobs instead. I was not comfortable with the person they sent and did not want him in the house. Previously, I had been very happy with services but will not use them again due to this experience.

Done in an hour and left our property clean.

GREAT ON TIME, EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL

I had gutter guards installed on approximately 50' first floor, 50' second floor. They work wonderfully about 6 months later. Gutters were cleaned very well. Saved us a bunch in the long run.

Rigdon arrived on time, reviewed windows that needed cleaning, started the work, and completed it quickly. Our windows were clean and sparkling. By accident the cleaners did damage two of our windows by trying to open them while security latches were in place. The owner called me the next day and we reached an acceptable resolution. I would hire them again.

Serviceman was on time and enthusiastic about getting the job done timely. While gutters and downspouts were thoughly cleaned, he did not blow the leaves and dirt from rhe gutters off the porch or deck. Otherwise I would have graded the job all "A"s.

Installation went well. Leaves began to get stuck in guards and rigdon didn’t remove them.

Rigdon employee arrived on time...cleaned gutters...did not leave a mess. What more could you want?

I have used Rigdon multiple times and they are always on time, professional, and do a great job of cleaning up when finished. I used to clean my own windows, but they are so fast and much better at it than I am, so I consider paying Rigdon to do it money well spent.

From getting the appointment set up to the actual work completed I can definitely recommend Rigdon. The windows look great, everyone involved was polite and helpful. Will definitely use them again.

Crew arrived around 1pm and finished the job around 3:30pm. Started on the outside windows then came indoors to do the inside. They wore shoe covers which was greatly appreciative!
