They are very profound, in that they go above and beyond. For example, when our roof was damaged they walked the roof with the insurance adjuster to point out things he might have missed. They are very caring

Crew was 4 guys, so they were pretty fast. Left my house clean, and were very polite. Will use them again.

They arrived within the time frame previously established and after I showed them the windows and we discussed the price for additional windows, they got right to work. It took them about an hour and a half. They had to scrape the windows since it hadnt been done for several years. They also wiped the sills and inside trim around the windows. They actually did one more window than I had planned on but there was no charge. It was a very small window. They are courteous and very, very efficient without being distant. I dont know how they are with pets since I put my dog in daycare so she wouldn't have to go through the trauma.

The job went very well. They showed up on time, got the job done quickly and were very polite, courteous and professional. I was initially very concerned about my carpets because I just got new carpeting throughout the entire house. They were very conscientious about keeping it clean and protected. They were also very accommodating with scheduling. They also checked my gutters and told me they did not need cleaning at this time. Their pricing was better than other window washing services I have used in the past. I would definitely use them again.

He arrived on time. I was suprised that there was only 1 person. I didnt realize, until he arrived that the screens were a separate cost. He did an adequate job but there were 2 windows that were not done and he did not ask if I wanted these done. We had a coupon from Angie's list.

They charged $3.00 per window after the original deal oh 25 windows.

There were no troubles with scheduling or any additional costs beyond the prepaid cost of the deal. I thought that the price with the deal was a good price. They arrived on time to the appointment. They completed the work in about an hour and half. Everything went fine.

It was good. They did a good job. They did the great job on the windows. They did leave my gates open. I went back out and shut them. I did talk to the girl and told her that next time, they should be a little more careful with the gates. There were no extra charges.

The work is scheduled for the first weekend of April. Scheduling and communication with the service provider has been good so far. I believe we had to call them a few times to make the appointment though.

I sent them an email saying that I would contact them when I was ready to have the work done. They sent me an email acknowledging my purchase. We have hired them previously and look forward to having the work done.

They emailed me and I contacted them via phone and email a couple of days after the Big Deal was purchased. We set up to do the work next week. We have discussed additional work as well if needed.

This is the second time I have used Rigdon to clean my windows. I have been impressed by their work both times. We had a concrete patio poured last summer and there was some oversplash on our basement windows. Rigdon was able to remove the concrete from the windows, which made me very happy!
