They called and they got here when they were supposed to be here. The guy was professional. I would absolutely use them again.

We use Raynor for all our garage door needs at our company. This installation went smoothly as usual. They brought the supplies needed to install the door, and the door too. The price includes the door, remote transmitter and labor.

Everything was fine. There was nothing he could have improved on. The work has held up over the past few months.

I had several companies come out including those representing Costco. Each had their own spiel as to why theres was better but Raynor offered the best door for the price. I would recommend them to anybody.

Great experience. The technician came out, was on time and a downright good guy. Lubricated the door in all the critical spots and explained to me the process, what he was doing, etc. so that in the future I can take care of this minor maintenance myself. An additional item is that my garage door was missing one of two light diffuser housings (I didn't tell Raynor about this when scheduling my appointment). The tech didn't have one on hand but indicated he would drop one off later on his way home and did so.

We had Raynor come out and give us an estimate on a new garage door. We were offered three different models which was nice. After we picked the model we were told someone would call to set up a day to service. The call was made promptly. An appointment was made to have a technician come out which the earliest date was about just over a week away. The technician came to the house promptly and completed the job. After about a month we started having problems with the garage door not closing completely. I called Raynor who sent out another technician. This technician said that the guy who had put in our garage door opener was fired because he had been incorrectly installing the doors. The other tech. incorrectly wired the motor which allowed the wires to corrode and not make a good connection. He fixed the wires and months later I have had no problem. I appreciate the technicians candor, but I almost wish the company would have sent someone out to inspect the garage door after they realized the fired tech had made mistakes on many houses. But to their credit I was not charged for him to come back out. I also would have liked it if the work could have been done quicker than the week to two weeks I waited. The cost of the work seemed to be normal for the unit. Overall though it was a good experience and I would use them again.

Installers were efficient and courteous, the installers arrived on time and completed the installation same day, all trash from old doors was cleaned up. I called Raynor the next day to have some minor adjustments made, their response was prompt and professional, adjustments were made by a very knowledgeable technician.

We are satisfied in every way with their work. The garage door works now. They had to make a second trip because they didn't have the spring that was needed for our door, but they ordered it and came back and fixed it. He put a clamp on it so that we could use the door in the meantime.

We've used Raynor several times with good experiences. We appreciate their free estimates and they've always been timely on appointments and can knock out the work pretty quickly. They were not the cheapest provider for the garage door installation project, but they did negotiate with us a little and I feel like we got a fair price for good products and service.

I don't know how much they would normally charge as this was a company selected by my home warranty company. The man who did the service was punctual and quick. The part for the light needed to be ordered which took just over 2 weeks. Once the part was received, they contacted me & were out within 3 days. The problem was the sensitivity setting (even though it had worked fine for the 3 months previous), which I thought they could have asked me if I checked before they came out. When all he did was move a switch up one notch to fix it--I felt like an idiot & thought they could have walked me through that on the phone just to be courteous. They were still going to get the service call because of the light. He then put a sticker on the wall (without me noticing or asking me) which took off the sheet rock paper when I tried to take it off. For flipping a switch I thought it was inappropriate, especially since they were sent by the warranty company.

The price was reasonable. They were courteous and easy to work with. My garage door has worked fine and I haven't had any problems since they installed it.

My situation is a little challenging in that I have duct work running across the middle of my garage and it doesn't allow enough clearance for standard garage door opener installation. I called to have an estimate and see if there were other options for having the openers installed. A representative came out and took a look. He offered some different options and was going to send me an estimate of how much the work would run. I'm still waiting on the estimate, but it's only been a couple of days. I gave a "B" only because I'm still waiting to hear back on cost.

They're quick. I called them and they were out the same day to temporarily fix the spring in my garage door. They also came out the next day to permanently fix it.

When garage door fell off frame due to wood rot, Raynor came promptly and provided options for using old door or installing new door. I liked that he did not try to sell me anything I did not need. On day work was done, they came on time, did the work more quickly than I expected, and cleaned up after done.

They came and adjusted it. The first time there was some basic installation adjustments, the second time was just loosening and tightening in strategic places. Our door runs smoothly now, even my husband was impressed. Raynor was able to fit me in very quickly, the technician arrived exactly on time, was courteous and professional. They are on our permanent list of repair specialists to call. As for pricing, the first time required more work, and was WELL worth the money, the second time was the same price, but required much less work... not as good a deal, but still worth it to keep our door from tearing itself up! Expertise is what we paid for.

My daughter and her husband were here from out of town and we had dinner reservations. I had to go out and when I came back, a few minutes after 5pm, the garage door wouldn't close and it was evident it was off track. The winds were so high the door from the garage to the house wouldn't stay closed so there was no question the door had to be fixed immediately. I looked on the garage door and found the name "Raynor" on a partially scratched-off label. Check Angie's List and saw that the company had consistently high ratings. I called the office and a very nice lady told me they could fix it but that it would be time-and-a-half (gulp!) and that she couldn't give me an estimate over the phone. She did exactly what she said she would; called the repair tech and then called me back with an estimated time of arrival and suggested I change my dinner reservations. William arrived early, fixed the door in 45 minutes, and serviced it while he was at it. The door works better than ever!

Torsion spring broke on Sunday. We called Raynor Garage on Monday morning (they open at 7:00 a.m.!!) and said they could have someone come by between 11:00 and 1:00 that same day. Nice, professional guy showed up on time and went right to work. I had him go ahead and replace both springs as they give you a price break to have both done at once. He also straightened a part on the actual garage door opener that was bent in the process of the spring breaking.

We have a VERY old garage door and parts and they are custom made. When William from Raynor came to fix it he discovered that the last time it was worked on (prior to our purchasing the home) it was put back together wrong. He fixed it to the best of his abilities so that it will work for us and when I had more questions the day after the service he was happy to answer them and very helpful on the phone. Eventually it will all need to be replaced but it works for now.
