We expected a longer wait but they arrived nine days after we agreed to use them. The two man crew arrived at 8:00 AM, promptly went to work and were done in less than three hours. They removed all old gutters and departed with the lawn completely clean. When I got home at the end of the day and checked their work, I was exceptionally pleased by how the gutters and downspouts looked on our house. They did a great job and the final price matched the estimate Mark gave us.

Received an estimate in September 2010 which they still honored in May 2011. Guttering and downspouts were installed, it's a well-done, professional job. There was one minor issue that this company handled excellently. I was told up-front that there would be a two-week installation delay -- not a problem, I was in no big hurry to get the job done. After a little more than two weeks had passed, I got a call one afternoon saying "we'll be there first thing in the morning." I had assumed (incorrectly) that I would get at least a full day or more advance notice of the install date, and had planned to purchase rainwater barrels a day or two before installation and have them in place before the installer arrived. With only a few hours' advance notice, this wasn't going to be possible. After telling the installer of this, he asked about the specifics of the rainwater barrels I was planning to buy, and re-worked the downspouts in a way that would accommodate my rainwater barrels, even though I had not yet purchased them. His work was almost right on-target -- completely functional with my rainwater barrels, but I'll need to call them back for some minor modification work to get the right appearance. I really appreciate the extra effort he put forth to accommodate something that wasn't even in the original proposal written eight months earlier. All in all, this contractor is definitely deserving of a total "A" rating, and if I should need guttering work on this or any future home in Kansas City, this will be my contractor for that work.

They were quick with their quote and we thought it was fair and reasonable, too. We were pleased with their service.

They were the only company I dealt with that would install 5" and 6" gutters on the same house. All the others said it would require them having 2 trucks on-site and would drive the price up. I have a large roof area in the back and wanted 6" gutters for the back side. They installed oversize downspouts all around the house. They really cared about the placement of the downspouts for water drainage. I highly recommend this company!

Jet Stream provided a very detailed bid describing everything that needed to be done. They made the suggestion (and depicted it on the bid) that the front corner downspout be relocated to the side corner for aesthetic purposes which I really appreciate. I called several times to ask questions about how their work would relate to other work I was having done on the house, and they were very gracious in answering my questions each time. They came out and did everything listed on the bid. The gutter and downspout look nice and work great and I appreciate that the rest of the gutter system is more secure. I will definitely use Jet Stream for future gutter issues.

I don't think I would recommend this company based on the communication. When they hung the gutters, it was lower than what I wanted. The owner explained his reasoning, which was fine, but I probably wouldn't have hired them if I knew that. They were punctual and cleaned the area nicely, but I won't use this company in the future.

The service provider was part of a short list of candidates that I requested bids from, based on information found on Angie's List. They responded promptly to my request for an estimate and were able to set, and keep, a time/date-specific appointment for the estimate. The estimator arrived when they said they would and quickly walked me through the options for doing the work. The estimator was very professional and personable and answered all my questions. He actually told me that the 6-inch gutters I thought were desirable would be overkill for my house and that the smaller (and therefore less expensive) 5-inch gutters were adequate to my needs. In the end, I went with one of the other bidders. It was a close call between Jet Stream and the company I actually chose. The determing factor for me was that Jet Stream's estimate form was the least informative and the hardest to understand what was included in the job bid. Beyond that , I think Jet Stream is a good outfit and a strong candidate for anyone looking to have their gutters worked on.

They were in and out as soons as possible. They had a great price. They did a great job.

They were here when they said they would be, the pricing was fair and we were very pleased with the service.

I called the company on February 4th. I was told by the pleasant person who answered the phone that I would receive a call back which I did. The person said that they were a little busy and that they would be there on February 5th or 6th. After the initial call with the person that answers the phone and then the follow-up conversation on the 4th, I didn't hear from them by phone or in person until February 11th. I got phone calls only on February 11th and then someone must have stopped by because I received a Job Estimate note on my door stating that they had made several attempts to call. I called back that day and spoke to Mark. We had a nice conversation on February 11th and I expected to see them the next day or sometime that week. I haven't heard from them since February 11th. I work from home so its normally not a problem for me to be there. Apparently, when they called on February 11th, I was out running errands in preparation for someone to recover from surgery at my house. I was home late in the afternoon when they must have put the Job Estimate paper on my door but no doorbell or knock was heard by myself or my dog. At this point, I don't know what to think except that someone else will be doing the work. I don't know if they came by and thought it was too small of a job or what.

They were polite, cleaned up after themselves and their pricing was competitive.

The gentleman who came out to give us a quote was very friendly. We got our quote while he was there and he had color samples for us to select from at that time. When I called to arrange the work I scheduled it a couple of weeks out because we were going to be out of town in the interim. The morning the work was scheduled I got a call from the owner confirming they would be out that day. The work went very quickly, about 3 hours for the entire house. We are very pleased with the appearance and performance of the gutters and the installation itself seems to have been done well. I was a little surprised at how much of a mess there was after completion of the job. The "mess" being the muck that fell out of our old gutters when they were removed and landed on the side of our house and everywhere else. They didn't appear to make an attempt to clean any of this up, but then again that's not what we hired them for and I'd rather have their good rates and hose away the muck myself. But if you are like me and your old gutters are filled with decaying leaves you should move anything out of the way that you don't want to get messy. The only other negative I would add was that one of our front porch lights had apparently been hit by a ladder as it was bent out of place when I got home that night. The workmen hadn't said anything about it but they may not have realized it happened either. I was able to bend the mounting bracket back and recaulked around the light. It appeared fine after that and works fine. I did not bring it up with the owner. I think the company is a very good value and would gladly use them again.

They arrived at 9am, the day after roof was completed and were gone by lunch! All cleaned up, minimal damage to gardens, no nails, no leaks, no problems.

Everything was great, great response time (the next day I had a professional estimate in my font door), very professional and was there when he said he would be there. I simply found a better price and quick finish time through another contractor.

They were very professional. We were very pleased with them. They came when they were supposed to and finished when they were supposed to. Everything was perfect. We would use them again for future service and would recommend them to others.

It took several days before they were able to provide someone to come out and measure and give the quote. The quote was given to me at the time they measured which was appreciated (another company I called mailed me their quote so it took several extra days to receive). They told me upfront that they were busy and it would be 1 to 2 weeks before they could install the gutters. The gutters were installed in 2 weeks. I was not available to meet them that day but they were able to do the work and mail me the invoice. The gutters look great and the rain is not washing out my landscaping anymore.

Estimate was competitive and promptly provided. I simply went with a company that offered an additional year warranty on the labor.

Very prompt in coming to my home to give me an estimate of costs. When I called to accept the proposal, I was told that it would be approximately 3 weeks before the work could be completed. And true to that timeframe, the gutters were installed and look great. I had an issue with the appearance of two downspouts on the front of the house and the gentleman doing the installation made the changes I requested. When he finished installation, we walked around the house to make sure all looked good to me. I was very pleased with the company's professionalism from start to finish of the project.

They were excellent and trustworthy and actually underbid the job. They told me about the underbid and I offered to split the difference but they wouldn't take any more money than the original estimate. I'd use them again and highly recommend them to others!

They came by and left an estimate at my request, then added in the gutter guard at my request. They called me when they had time to do the work. When I returned to town everything was complete and looked great.

THE COUNTY INSPECTOR INDICATED THAT GUTTERS WERE REQUIRED ON A SHED WE HAD BUILT AND THE BUILDER WOULDN'T HANDLE, SO I CALLED JET STREAM. THEY FIT OUR PROJECT INTO THEIR SCHEDULE JUST 2 DAYS AFTER I CALLED, ON SHORT NOTICE. THE INSTALLER HAD THE JOB DONE QUICKLY AND WAS VERY POLITE. JET STREAM HAD DONE GUTTERS ON OUR HOUSE LAST YEAR (BEFORE I BELONGED TO ANGIE'S LIST) AND WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE, SO I DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER GETTING AN ESTIMATE ON THE SHED. THE PRICE SEEMED VERY REASONABLE TO US, THOUGH.
