After my being late for the appointment Caleb not only completed the service but also gave me a full walk through of my system, because I was new to the house and knew nothing about it, but also gave a quote on additional heafs for my garden with a preliminary design plan and then showed me what to do in case of emergencies. Wow! Is all I can say. Caleb is fantastic and I highly recommend him!

Caleb arrived right on time for our appointment to perform the comprehensive sprinkler tune-up we purchased as an Angie's List Big Deal. When he arrived, we told him that we knew that we had 4 heads that would not rotate and that, after scheduling our appointment, our system had started shutting off after the first two stations completed. Caleb cleaned and adjusted all of the sprinkler heads, noting which ones needed replaced. Then, even though it was not part of the "deal," he spent time troubleshooting the system to determine why it was shutting off after two stations ran. He quickly identified a bad electronic valve on the 3rd station that kept blowing a fuse in the control box. He made a special trip to the hardware store to get the proper fuse for our system, which is pretty outdated. Then, within an hour, his crew showed up with the additional parts necessary to replace the four sprinkler heads and the faulty electronic valve. Within 3 hours of the original appointment time, our entire system was up and running perfectly. Of course, we incurred additional charges above the original $79.99 Big Deal. Parts and labor for installing a new electronic valve and four sprinkler heads was an additional $220, so the entire visit was $300--very reasonable compared to charges we have spent on sprinkler repairs in other places we have lived, including the Atlanta, GA, and Charlotte, NC, areas. Caleb and his crew members were extremely nice and did a great job. We will definitely be using Elements for our annual sprinkler shut off in the fall and system maintenance in the future.

Elements Sprinkler Company was an excellent company to work with. They were punctual and very professional. They installed a sprinkler system in the back yard and hooked it up with the system in the front yard. They also made necessary repairs. Since I had an unfinished system I was needing to complete the back yard. The owner was the most confident bidder on how to tie in the front and back system. Due to his confidence and genuine approach, I contracted with Elements and am very pleased. I highly recommend this company both for professionalism and for quality of work.

I have been using the company since they installed the system in 2006. The staff is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. They are dedicated to making sure the system is running correctly and that I am getting the best service for my lawn. The pricing is very reasonable and they are very accommodating to my schedule. The pricing has not raised since I started using them. I have never had never issues contacting the them as well.

Caleb is one of the best contractors that I have hired ever. He was easy to work with, the work was done on time, the new sprinkler system works great, and he spent extra time showing me how to operate the sprinker system control box. His price was very reasonable for this area. His crew was polite and efficient. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't waste time calling anyone else for quotes, other than Caleb. The others are not likely to beat his price or his service.

I had very positive experiences with Elements Sprinkler Company. He came when he said he was and did his work. He was able to bill me online, which I prefer. I have no complaints. He did everything he was supposed to.

They did a good job of following up and checking up on everything.

They exceeded our expectations. Work was done quickly and professionally. Everything works great. They did cut an improperly marked electronic dog fence line (not their fault), but let us know immediately and fixed the damage. They have been out to check on the system, during which they discovered a bad sprinkler head which was immediately replaced at no charge and made some adjustments to several of the sprinklers.
