Everything went well. Great service and I will use them again.

They did a good job, as far as I can tell. I will know better once it starts freezing over. With the Angie's List coupon it was a great deal, though.

Everything went great! Caleb Bain (the owner) is a really responsive and just an all around honest and good person. We received four quotes (3 from Angie's List vendors) and his was on the lower end of them all. He communicated everything with me very well, so that I had no surprises. After the work was completed and he had already been paid; I received a letter from the city stating that I needed to have a permit to install the system and that water lines needed to be at least 3' from the curb. I called Caleb and he did all the leg work and took care of the issue. Caleb also told me that he would come back in the winter to show me how to winterize the system, which kind of surprised me as most contractors will take your money and run, but I know that he is a man of his word and will come back to show me. I wouldn't think twice about using someone else.

Caleb did a nice job and was very informative for my wife in everything that needed to be done.

We got bids from five sprinkler/irrigation providers. Four of the five were withing a couple of hundred dollars of each other so it really came down to who could best meet our needs. After listening to all of the presentations, we found that we liked certain things about each provider. 

Caleb, the owner of Elements, cheerfully worked with us to be sure that we understood all of the options and their pros and cons. He put together a system that was sound from his perspective and used parts that we thought were the best of the best.

Since we scheduled the work during the busy season, it took about six weeks for installation to begin. Because of rain, Caleb kept us informed almost daily right before our scheduled start so we'd know exactly what to expect. The installation crew showed up as promised and worked well into the evening on the first day. The crew was pleasant and enthusiastically answered our questions as they worked.

There were very few installation problems other than hitting an underground tile that ran from a downspout to a yard drain. They said that happens sometimes. They quickly repaired it and continued the installation without a hitch.

A few days after installation, Caleb helped us set up our sprinkler schedule and taught us how to use the controls.
A month later, we had a few questions. Within two or three business days, Caleb came by to answer our questions and make a couple of minor adjustments.

Service provided as described. Provided quote to fix broken sprinkler as well, but suggested repair for spring.

He kind of came and I wanted him to look at the sprinklers, but it turned out I had a problem with the sprinkler box. So, he kind of fixed that and then, we did not do any more. I’d say I was happy with the fact that he found the problem and fixed it, but when he left, I realized he had not checked out the sprinklers, which was really my fault as well. We just kind of got side-tracked, but I thought he did a reasonable job. The problem that I had called him out for was more or less related to the sprinkler heads themselves, but it turned out the sprinkler box needed to be programmed and fixed up and so he ended up spending his time doing that without doing the others. I was not having that much of a problem with the sprinkler heads. I was quite satisfied with the time that he spent at what he did because I was not getting it to be able to work right. This was my first time to use them and there was one technician that came out.  I think he did a good job at what he did. He is very professional.

It went well.  He scheduled the appointment shortly after I purchased the Angie's List coupon.  He arrived on time, and flushed out the system as expected.  No surprises, no complaints.

I was very happy with the service I received.  The job only took about 15 minutes.  I would hire them again.
