He kind of came and I wanted him to look at the sprinklers, but it turned out I had a problem with the sprinkler box. So, he kind of fixed that and then, we did not do any more. I’d say I was happy with the fact that he found the problem and fixed it, but when he left, I realized he had not checked out the sprinklers, which was really my fault as well. We just kind of got side-tracked, but I thought he did a reasonable job. The problem that I had called him out for was more or less related to the sprinkler heads themselves, but it turned out the sprinkler box needed to be programmed and fixed up and so he ended up spending his time doing that without doing the others. I was not having that much of a problem with the sprinkler heads. I was quite satisfied with the time that he spent at what he did because I was not getting it to be able to work right. This was my first time to use them and there was one technician that came out. I think he did a good job at what he did. He is very professional.

It went well. He scheduled the appointment shortly after I purchased the Angie's List coupon. He arrived on time, and flushed out the system as expected. No surprises, no complaints.

We've recently moved to Kansas so when my husband ran over a sprinkler head I didn't know where to call for help. I looked on Angie's List and found Elements Sprinkler, and I'm very glad I did! I called to make an appointment and the owner was friendly and reassuring. He was able to come just two days from my call. He arrived promptly; actually a few minutes early, and was very nice. He fixed our sprinkler quickly and showed me what he'd done so I'd know it was now working properly. I invited him in to wait while I wrote out a check but he stayed on the porch because he didn't want to get mud on my rug. I appreciate that thoughtfulness. He left a card and a sticker in case we had a problem. I am very please with the whole transaction from start to finish. I will recommend this company to everyone!

We recently moved into a new house and hired Elements to do the summer turn-on and inspect the system. Caleb took the time to explain the system and performed a few repairs that were needed. He was on time and very professional. We will certainly continue to use Elements. Highly recommend!!

He was very efficient and helpful. He didn't do any unnecessary services which helped keep this yearly requirement affordable.

Caleb came out, located the sprinkler line to the sprinkler head that was left in the landscape bed. He removed it and placed a new sprinkler head outside the landscape wall. He re-adjusted that spray pattern. He gave an estimate for adding a sprinkler system to the back yard. Caleb did a very good job, was very efficient and friendly. I would very much recommend him.

We hired Elements sprinklers after we got 3 bids. They were exactly the same as one other bid, but we like the professionalism of the owner, Caleb. He seemed very knowledgeable as to where to put the sprinkler heads, and about the different brands, etc. After our original bid, we did add another area, and we are happy we did. The only reason I gave the Punctuality a B was due to the length of time to get here, he was backed up due to the rainy weather, not their fault, though. Overall it went well, there were no extra charges over the original bid, and Caleb came back to adjust some sprinkler heads, very promptly. We are very pleased so far with their work, and happy not to have to drag all those hoses around this big yard. We would highly recommend Elements for your new sprinkler system!

I would recommend this company to anyone. It really was a refreshing experience having the guys at Elements get my system ready for the season. Most importantly, they took the time to explain the system to me as I have never had a sprinkler system before this. They were professional and showed up on time. They did a couple repairs and moved a sprinkler location at my request to make room for a new patio. The work was done promptly and was very reasonably priced. If you need anything sprikler related, this is a great small and local KC biz that does what they say they are going to do.

The schedule setup was smooth. He arrived on-time on the date. He took out the backflow value and put it in the garage so it won't freeze up during winter. It will be put back next sprint.
