I was happy with the work all the way across. I thought I was treated very fair and they're knowledgeable. They took me out there showed me what they were doing and why something needed to be replaced. I was very happy with the whole thing.

They seem to be honest, they're affordable, and they use the parts you bring them if you want to save money. They're friendly. We got to meet the owner and his wife and his daughter, they all work there, and everybody's nice to us. We just feel like they treat us well. They remember our names and we like going there.

I was a little hesitant when finding a shop to replace the axle seal as my car is highly modified, including an aftermarket rearend. The seal on the left rear wheel was leaking (had been replaced by another shop less than 3000 miles prior), so that made me more hesitant when trying to find a new shop. They assured me that they were comfortable performing the service. They were able to track down the correct part and swap the seal, also offered a 2 year warranty (which the prior shop did not offer).
The first drive after taking the car home, one of the caliper bolts came loose causing the caliper to flip off the rotor, damaging the pads and wheel. I called the shop back and explained what happened, they had me bring the car back in and replaced all damaged parts (with the upgraded parts that were damaged) without any hassle. They replaced the chrome wheel even though structurally it was fine, the finish was compromised. They were apologetic and unsure of how it happened, but they took full responsibility for the issue. They had to find a matching wheel and got me in immediately after the wheel arrived to replace it.

Quoted one price but it took them longer so the price was nearly twice as much. I understood why but it was a little surprising.

I adore Christian Brothers Automotive and I would recommend them. They have a couple of locations. They are awesome, they are outstanding, they charge a little bit more but they are worth it. They are give you piece of mind, I have great confidence in them, they have communicated with me well. They have a service that goes from their shop to home, they will pick you up and drop you off. There is coffee available and they are friendly and the wait area is very clean. I use them whenever I have to.

I love having my vehicle maintained by Christian Brothers. As someone who knows very little about cars, I'm always concerned that auto repair shops will take advantage of me. That doesn't happen at Christian Brothers. Whenever I take my car in for an oil change, they always perform a complimentary vehicle check to confirm that everything is in working order. However, I know that Scott and Tammie Green will take care of me and not push services on me that I don't really need.
Best of all, and I know this is silly, I LOVE their waiting area and bathroom! Unlike those at typical auto repair shops, their rooms are attractive, comfortable, clean, inviting, and are completely devoid of all automotive smells. It's heaven! They obviously cater to women.
