All services were performed professionally. Other checks were made on my vehicle and recommendation made for repair. I will use this auto repair shop in the future.

They are really, really good and amazing. They are very fair. I just never had a problem with them. They have a little limo service so they take you back with it which is sweet. The last time I went to them was two years ago only because there was no need since I got a new car. I could not remember their approximate costs but they have excellent quality of service. I will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

They are easy to get in contact with and they are close to where I live. When I take my vehicle down there they will bring me home and come back to get me when it's ready. Sallas' has really great customer care, gives good deals, and I've always had a good experience with them.

First I had a blowout and had the car towed to Sallas by AAA. Got new tires on the car and on the way home my car showed a message that it was overheating and to pull over. I called Sallas again and Eric sent their mechanic, Zack, out to check my car. He suggested I have it towed so I called AAA for a second tow. Then Zack drove me back to the shop and Eric put me into their loaner. The car was then towed to Sallas where they determined the 10 year old water pump impeller (plastic) had disintegrated.. Eric showed me the mess. Very pleased with the excellent service. Couldn't ask for more.

I agree that these guys are very nice and very professional. However, I was driving a car with more than 190,000 miles trying to decide whether to scrap it or spend the money to keep it going. I took it in and spent about $900 and was advised that those repairs would keep it going except for one thing that could wait, they said. When I took it in again in another month, they said it was going to be more than $800, but was told that I could drive the car for "another 2 years or more. Hardly, because it lasted only a couple more months before I could not drive it any more. I based my decision on their advice that pouring almost $2,000 would give me a car for two more years. When I was forced to abandon driving the car, I wished that I'd had the $2,000 as a down payment.

I'll be taking an old car (95 Sable) for a 2000 mile trip at the end of the month and wanted to have it properly inspected for any preventative maintenance needing to be performed. I'd read very good reviews on Sallas (both here and on other sites) and since they are within walking distance from my home, I thought I'd give them a try. Initially, I set up an appointment via their website (which is a nice option). I promptly received a callback from Eric who was very professional. While they were busy, they were also very flexible about meeting my needs for an appointment. They have a large enough parking lot that you can leave your car overnight (if you choose). I did so and received a call from John the following morning with the results of their inspection. John was detailed in what needed to be done and offered me other fixes that would be considered optional (at this time) but should be serviced in the not-so-distant future. He was also able to quote prices for each of these services, which made it much easier to decide (based on my budget) exactly what I would have done now. From speaking with John, I felt his mechanic had really gone over the car with a fine tooth comb. This pleased me, as my comfort level about taking an old car for a long ride rose considerably. He also supplied me with enough information of things I might encounter difficulty with (given I did not choose the more expensive non-urgent repairs) so I would be better prepared.

I picked up the car today. John had already deducted a current $20 coupon from my bill (they offer monthly coupons on their website) without my asking for it. I felt the prices were very fair and walked away feeling very good that I'd taken my car here. I plan to write a follow-up after I've taken my trip.

I didn't use the waiting room area, but it has very comfortable furniture (couches/chairs) and is organized and clean. The entire feeling about the place is professional. This is not a and quot;grease monkeyand quot; shop, but one you can feel confident in the mechanics who work here. I can see why they get good reviews!

They are wonderful. They are very honest, I have had problems before that they have helped me with and not charged me for. They are great. They also offer you transportation home if they need to keep your car.

We had driven by this shop for about 7 years before attempting to contact them for services. Before that time, many other shops had come and gone from the location. The day we contacted them, we told them that we were making sure the company was stable and would be there in the future. Also we told them that we would check Angie's list before we would allow any work to be done. They were happy we came in, they introduced themselves and told us the history of their work. They explained that the shop was an extention of a shop they had in MO. and had been doing business for a long time. They said to please check them out on Angies list! We are very happy with our over-all experience. They guantee all their work with warranties. They are very professional and do know what they are doing. Yet, they are very humble, willing to express their mistakes if something goes wrong and correct the problem in the shortest time at their own expense!

My experience was wonderful. I would recommend family members and friends to use them. They were really good at what they did. I would absolutely consider using them in the future.

My husband would be better at telling you but I had to have some work done on the air conditioner in my car. I have AAA so I got a discount at Sallas's because of it. They did what they said they were going to do and they called before any work was done on it that hadn't been approved prior to putting the car in the shop.
