He did a great job, I would highly recommend him.

Contractor came and said he would take a small section from the closet to complete the repair with. Carpet in the hallway is fixed but now I have 3x the size of a hole in the closet to fix before we move out. And to top it off he left all the scraps and didn?t clean anything before leaving. Demanded cash payment before showing me the closet spot.

We want to thank Robert for stretching carpet in 3 rooms for us. We appreciate that he was available the same week we chose him. He did a great job stretching the carpet and finished earlier than expected, which we appreciate. I would definitely refer him to anyone!

Robert was good, fast and clean.

I asked for the carpet on the bottom 3 stairs to be replaced using carpet removed from another room before I had everything professionally steam cleaned the following day. Robert did not want to do as asked but instead talked me into a shoddy patch job. The professional cleaning/repair company tried but could not make Robert's bad patch work look anywhere near acceptable. They were accurate when they called this work horrendous and the steps should have been recovered. They also said the spare carpet Robert refused to use was much better than the existing carpet and obviously I hired a lazy contractor. As this is the entry to our house we will now need to hire someone else to repair it correctly and pay again to have it cleaned. When finished Robert proudly asked for $150 for his 30 minutes work but I gave him less and he left. Angi is aware of everything, apologized, and said they will investigate.

Very nice gentlemen . Did nice work was very informative recording maintenance. Mr Edward arrived on time and was prepared to do the work. We were advised about maintenance and advised us on how we might want to proceed in the future recording this carpet.
