Robert arrived on time, he was very professional and courteous. He went straight to work, and completed the job in a timely manner. He knows his business and the quality of his work was outstanding. He cleaned up after he was done.

Great response rate with quick follows up. Happy with service, although I felt it was slightly overpriced. The first time I have needed carpet repair, so I really do not have a comparison point and did not get multiple bids.

When he originally called to discuss my needs, he seemed very obtuse to the fact that I was considering other offers/bids and would ultimately choose based on price/value and when the job could get done (I needed it ASAP). I went ahead and scheduled, but did ask for a 24-hour reminder call so I could confirm I would keep the appointment. I never got that call, so I was both surprised and slightly irritated when he showed up at the scheduled time the following day. Despite the less than stellar customer service, he made very quick work of the carpet (I needed it stretched), and even re-negotiated the price in my favor. So, I was pleased with the outcome and quality of work.
