Mr. Edwards was very professional, very courteous, provided timely service and did an excellent overall job.

Was very responsive, flexible and detailed when working on the installation of a carpet runner. He fixed a shotty job performed by a previous installer.

This was a relatively small patch job for a remodeled closet. Robert provided an over-the-phone quote and appointment time. He delivered exactly what he promised, when he promised it. I couldn't be more pleased with Robert and the results of this project.

Robert was readily available to help us prior to listing our home for sale, and he provided a very competitive estimate via telephone. He has worked in the industry for many years, so he is comfortable doing telephone estimates; I liked this because it minimized extra appointments during a time period of coordinating many small projects at my home. Robert called and was able to be at my home early and gave good, honest feedback about my carpets. His quality was excellent, and I definitely will use him again for installation and/or repair!

Robert was very professional and experienced. He repaired several areas of my carpeting thresholds and stretched one room. He even gave me a few ideas on improvements to other areas of my home. I would recommend him to others and hire him again.

Overall, the service and quality - I very satisfied with it. I was surprised the cost was going to be a whole lot more; because my carpet needed a lot of stretching. The contractor had to cut seams; price wise, disappointed, it had to cost so much more; but overall, we were satisfied, yes.

Mr. Edwards called me immediately and was prompt for his appointment. he does excellent work at a reasonable price. FYI: We did not discuss haul away or clean up, so he did not do it, and it was obviously not included in the price.

Friendly, personable...did good work (carpet stretching in multiple rooms, hallways, and stairs) immediately after I called him and got it done quickly (less than 2 hours) for $150.00. He quoted $150 by phone and stood by initial estimate. I am pleased and would call him back for additional work. I think he works hard, fast, and for a reasonable and competitive rate.
