Robert was extremely professional. I heard from him within minutes of calling HomeAdvisor and he came out to do our carpet repairs the next day! He did a very nice job on our carpet. We had one small issue with the work (after we paid him and he had left) and I was shocked that he also returned that call right away and came back out and corrected the issue the next morning! You just don't see that very often. His price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely contact Robert again if I have any carpet repair issues and recommend him to anyone I know who is in need of carpet repairs.

Hard worker and friendly. Did a great job streching the carpets in the whole house and gave good advice about the carpets. Carpets looked better even for older carpets. Was quick to respond to my phone and came the next day.
