We hired Richard to come repair three areas where carpet had pulled back from tack strips. He removed our badly-done repairs and re-did the work using the correct products (not the Home Depot junk we tried a few years ago) and stretched the carpet so it looks perfect! Richard said he used to do carpet installs, but carrying those heavy rolls got old after a while so now his business focuses on repairs, which is exactly what we needed. He even had time to come out the same day we called, so within two hours of asking for help we had the repairs completed. Awesome.
