Description of Work: Went for an oil change and inspection on my Jeep Wrangler. Set an appointment with ease. they did the work, alerted to to areas of concern, and sent me on my way with a smile and a boatload or coupons for future work. No pressure to do anything more than what I rolled in for. I provided my email address and occasionally get emails suggesting work, but nothing bothersome.

 + 0 moreThe tires on the front are a different brand than the rear tires. They were in the same location as they were before my wife took it in. It seems to me the low price for the oil changes was just to get us in so they could do more extensive work that the car may or may not need. The fact that they said they rotated the tires when they didn't, causes me to be leary of any work they might say they did. When my wife talked with them, she told them the tires weren't rotated, but they told her they were. This was during their follow up call over the phone.
Description of Work: They were to change the oil and they said they would rotate the tires. My wife told them we would get the tires rotated when we got our second oil change. They said " No, we will rotate them today and when you bring it back for the second oil change." they also did a visual inspection and gave us a repair estimate of $781.37. For issues they say they found. However I found they didn't rotate the tires even though they insist they did.

 + -1 moreThey did up a very detailed report of what they thought the problem was and what the cost would be to fix it. We took the car to two other mechanics and both said the problem was something totally different then these guys said, one of those other shops was European Motorsport (which specializes in German made cars).These guys were very professional, I just think they might be more knowledgable on American and Japanese cars than European brands. They seemed like a shop I would be comfortable using on our other cars.
Description of Work: they checked out A/C system on our BMW, which was starting to have problems.

New Concept Auto Service offers the following services: Mechanical repairs and maintenance for cars, light trucks, vans (up to 3/4 ton) and SUVs including, but not limited to: engine cooling systems, fuel injection, brakes, check engine lights, batteries, tune-ups, transmission services, air conditioning, tires and classic car engine rebuild/rewiring.
Please call for routine scheduled maintenance items such as oil changes and systems flushes.
Also call for inspection and diagnostic charges, and to make an appointment for a proper estimate based on your car's symptoms. A step by step diagnosis eliminates guessing what needs to be done and the cost.
We have found from years of experience that the customer is usually quite accurate about the symptoms but often the cause is not what they suspected, and occasionally, less work is needed!
