Jeff quickly called about my inquiry. Gave me a good ballpark quote over the phone from pics on my iphone. Jeff called the day prior to appt to confirm. Showed up on time with Sean in white van and bright yellow Busybee shirts. Upon arrival assessed that the carpet needed to be lifted, stretched, and cut off excess. I also hired them to clean the carpet for an additional price, hopefully the steam will help remove creases left from folds in carpet. The carpet looks great and they finished in the amount of time my busy schedule allowed.

Amazing...Geoff, upon our first conversation was professional and very courteous, when he had to check his schedule to accommodate me when I needed him to come out to my home, he called back promptly.....something you dont see often with business these days. The day they arrived, he shook my hand, asked me to show the soiled areas, and being I just had surgery stated he and his son would move what ever I needed ...no questions asked! They finished the job the time that he said he would, placed furniture back into place. I never had the chance to give 5���, but this team deserved more!

He arrived at my house as discussed and did such a fantastic job that my wife thought the kitchen floor look as good as it did when we had it installed. Jeff came to the house to see the job and immediately I liked his demeanor and his professionalism.
