Cost too much.

Re-keyed the entire house for a great price! Were very knowledgeable, courteous, and observed COVID protocols while in our home.

I had to ask them to come back because the lock only worked with the original key but not with copied keys. Randy came out and fixed it the same day I contacted them and gave me some good suggestions for my patio door.

Installed deadbolt but made the hole to big for dead bolt. The Pro mocked me when I complained that the hole was too big, and told me the shed is not worth protecting. the dead bolt is loose and wont secure anything. I would not recommend this company. The locksmith returned my money and I am satisfied.

He contacted me right away. He also let me know that he wouldn't be able to get to my house until after 5pm, and if I needed it done sooner to maybe contact another locksmith. I appreciated his honesty and told him I would be available after 5pm. He called on his way to my house with an estimated arrival. He was quick, knowledgable, and it was a good price.
