Description of Work: I came home and my garage door was completely broken. It would not go up or down, and I had one side that was about 18 inches off the ground. I called them at 2pm on a Friday, and they were out in less than 24 hours...and apologetic they couldn't get me the same day! Serviceman Nick was out the next day and replaced the broken cable and had the door in full working order in less than an hour. I'd highly recommend Garage Door Guys!

Description of Work: My garage door was broken...they came and serviced the door so it would close. In the process, the open was broken too. They repaired the door and the opener. It works better than ever.

Description of Work: One of the springs on our garage door broke. Called these folks and they were able to come out that day. The tech was 20 minutes early which was okay since I was home, but then asked to use our bathroom which seemed inappropriate since its a detached garage and he wasn't supposed to be near the house, to which I said no (family policy due to security concerns). Thought he could've stopped on the way since he was so early. Would only replace both springs instead of just the broken one, which made sense to me. Was done in about 45 minutes. Overall, a nice job.
