The work was satisfactory and we have no complaints with the service. They were friendly and we were pleased with the work. The price was also competitive.

They moved furniture to clean underneath. When they completed the job, the carpets looked great. They placed carpet protection under the furniture before they left. The carpets dried quickly. I will definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning services from Bocks. I was referred to them by a friend and the actual service performed was satisfactory; we had 2 bedrooms and a hallway cleaned. I gave them a D on professionalism, because their receptionist was insulting. I called them to ask some basic questions, and the receptionist laughed at me and was very condescending when answering the questions. I didn't appreciate that kind of treatment; I'm sure she talks about cleaning carpets all day, but I don't, so I would have liked it if she would have been nicer in answering my questions. I spoke to the owner about the experience, and he was apologetic. The actual service performed was satisfactory, though.

Excellent job overall; the carpet is 20 years old and had never been professionally cleaned. I had forgotten that the carpet was that bright! The system has great cleaning power. Both workers were polite and prompt, and worked quickly.

A team of two showed up on time to clean our carpets. They were very professional and friendly. They explained very thoroughly the process and addressed any concerns that I had. They also moved furniture and cleaned under it (unless it was an extremely heavy item). They even removed a stain that had been attempted by other carpet cleaning companies, and we had been told it could not be removed. Overall, a good experience. I will use them again.

I never heard from them in response to my rugs as I had fallen ill in the mean time and had deaths in the family. I finally got in touch with them and they had thrown away the rugs without letting me know first. I found this very unprofessional and believe I should have received a letter to me know. They said they had called me a few times, but at the time I had 3 different phone numbers.

I am happy with them and the work they did for me. They took time with me for consultation. They went through our whole house and explained everything to me. They did spot testing and stuff like that. I think their price is a high, they are worth it. They don't have hidden things in it. I think it is a higher quality service. I would use them if I ever needed to have this type of service done.

He is our regular carpet cleaner. They are awesome. Since we have always used them, the experience was great. It is a wonderful company. They have always done a great job, they have got all the stains out, and they moved the furniture and put it back. They have cleaned all our oriental rugs. They are very kind and I trust them. They were also having a discount; if you provided them with nonperishable foods, you get a 20% discount. They were here right on time.

I use them all the times. They know how to get out stains and deal with pet odors. They sometimes offer an extra room for free with cleaning of at least 2 other rooms. They are great.

I wasn't as satisfied with their work this time. I had used them before and they did a much better job the first time. The carpet didn't seem as clean this time.

They were here two weeks ago and two days later there were a couple spots that showed up. They came out that same day and redid the entire room and not just the spots that showed up.

They came when they said they would and told me what they charged. In about an hour the carpets looked amazing. I figured that I would have to replace the carpets because they were old but not now.

They were great! I hired them based on their reviews on Angie’s List, and they definitely lived up to my expectations.

What impressed us was that they didn't charge us anything because we had a difficult wine stain. The fellow looked at it and said that he would see what he could do. We had worked so hard on it to get the red out. He said what was left was dirt that had adhered to the detergent. He got all the discoloration out and said that he wasn't going to charge us anything. He gave us a quote for some other carpet cleaning that we plan to use him for after some construction is done in our house. They came right away.
