They were great. They were reasonably priced, fast and efficient. Their installation was clean and thorough. The sales person was knowledgeable and did not shade the truth.

The technician was very late and supposedly performed the work on the condenser outside without looking at the inside equipment.

I called several contractors, Beebe has a $79 diagnostic charge and then fixes on site. Others had higher charges and were not available as quickly. They came within one hour of the call. Diagnosed and fixed the problem. I was charged $38 for blowing the clog out of the hose and $79 for the diagnosis (everything is running fine, but the systems are old). He recommended a carbon monoxide sensor.

They are professional, reliable and thorough. They are nice people to have in the home. They have done very good work for us and I trust their work. We have used them for years. They looked at our old air conditioner that quit and said it quit working because it was installed improperly.

They have been very good. They are very polite and very courteous. The workers they send out are more than willing to help out. We have been more than pleased with their service. We will continue to use them for future work.

A good job doesn't have a lot of explanation. Greg was the first sales person we worked and I was impressed with his product knowledge, although could have been a bit more responsive. He got me all the optional I requested, but after researching everything, we accepted what Greg had originally proposed. I closed the deal with Laurie, the owner, and was very comfortable. Chris and John were the installers and they hustled from the time they arrived (on time) until they left - real pro's. The company met all appointments, installed the units and cleaned up.

The service was just fine. They arrived right when they said they would. They made sure to clean up everything before they left. No surprises came up during the work and everything is working fine.

They were great! They were by far the best price, being significantly lower than everyone else. They did a really nice job!

The workman to far to long to complete the job, the job was not properly completed. It was necessary for me to hire another company to complete the work, yet Beebe keep the entire payment for the job.

Called Beebe for and estimate for a new construction heating and A/C. We are on a short time schedule and they did not have any appts. avail for at least a week. She said she would have a mgr call us back to see if they could squeeze us in. Someone did call back and tell us he could meet us there on the upcoming Friday. This person never showed or called us to cancel. I would not recommend this company if they are so rude as to not even call if they can't show up for an appt.

The person who came out to give us the estimate seemed very knowledgeable and gave us advice from his experience. I wanted a high efficiency furnace. The availability of financing through the maker of the furnace played a part in our decision to use this contractor. The replacement was performed in a timely fashion and the technicians were very professional and did a great job.

They were here when they stated. They cleaned up after themselves. Gave me instructions on how to use the unit.

Better than expected! We were concerned about finding someone to come out on a Saturday but had no problem at all. The serviceman was very knowledgeable and personable and anxious to get our A/C up and running quickly.

Beebe is on time, helpful and clean.

Rick was punctual and professional. He offered great suggestions on how to best do the change out of the complete AC and heating system. We also chose to do the water heater change out at the same time. The work was VERY professional and I was very impressed with the installation crew. They were clean and professional in their appearance and in their job. I was very comfortable having them in my home. I am very pleased with the final product and the improvement it has made in my home.

He checked everything outside the air conditioner, gave it a good look, and he taught me how to use the thermostat. He checked the filter and got the hose and clean my air conditioner out. He was just really nice about talking to me about things.

We've worked with this company for years and have found them to be reliable, professional, and efficient.

BEEBE HAS BEEN CONSISTENTLY GOOD. THEY ARRIVE ON TIME, DO A THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL JOB WHILE ON SITE, AND LEAVE THE WORK AREA LOOKING BETTER THAN WHEN THEY ARRIVED. THERE IS NO ATTEMPT AT ''SELLING'' ADDITIONAL SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, AND THEIR MAINTENANCE AND DIAGNOSTIC ADVICE HAS BEEN SPOT ON. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY HIGHLY.

I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM SO IF ANYTHING IS WRONG, I HAVE FIRST PRIORITY. THEIR PRICE IS FAIR.

THEY ALSO OFFER A SERVICE WHEREBY THEY COME OUT TWICE A YEAR (SPRING AND FALL) TO CHECK THE HEATER AND A/C BEFORE EACH GOES INTO USE. WE HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE.
